I have ordered from the Antioch, Illinois location a few time and every time the order is not done correctly. I t is always missing something and things added that I do not want on the sandwich. I do not believe this is a communication issue but there employees cannot follow simple instructions. This last sandwich I had my daughter pick for me was a turkey club light mayo light lettuce no tomato. When I got my sandwich it had very little turkey no bacon and had tomatoes on it. The bread did not taste or look like it was fully cooked. This is beyond ridiculous. I will not be returning to this location I will just go next door to Jersey Mikes I have never been there but I am sure they can make a simple sandwich .

Been ordering here for a few months. Out of 20 times maybe 4 times my sandwhich wasn’t made correctly. The last time they didnt cut both in half, didnt add extra ingredients, and didnt add jimmy peppers. Called the store to let them know, pressed the button to speak to the manager. I told them and I got “oh ok ummmm” doubt it was the manger as I’ve seen high school kids work here but their attitude seems like they are over making sandwiches all day. Won’t be going back due to the constant mistakes, how hard is it to cut a sandwhich in half?

We have gotten a #9 for years, always good, consistent quality. Today it was just bad. Lettuce wasn’t fresh, WAY too much mayo, sandwich was poorly constructed. Honestly, it was a real disappointment.

I ordered delivery at 11:07AM, it currently is 12:13PM I still have no food. I called at 11:45AM to get an update and they said the driver just left, and that it would be a few minutes. 30 minutes later still no order.
I LIVE 1.3 MILES AWAY (5 minutes)

Worst JJ ever. Waited 20 minutes past when order was supposed to be ready, got half of my order. Even with like 7 people behind the counter and 2 customers top in the store. Should have looked at the reviews first. There is a Culvers, Popeyes, Jersey Mike’s, Dunkin, and Arby’s across the street. Don’t fall for the discounts- they’ll “forget” the promotional items that are supposed to be free through Uber/DoorDash.

Just horrible. The staff can’t get an order right to save their lives. An online order that is all written out for you and all of it is completely wrong. The sandwiches were soggy, missing items, not cut in half and extras that we paid for were missing.

Ordered at 9:50 online. Took order and my money. Five minutes later I get a call that they shut their ovens off at 9:45pm. They will issue a credit to my card. No offer for a future purchase, just a screw you, we are closing early. Will never order from Jimmy John’s in Antioch il again.

Rude employees. Delivery takes over an hour and when I called to check on the status of the order the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. She told me the order was on it’s way and they were busy. 20 minutes later a JJ delivery girl walked into my place of work and tossed the food at my coworker before walking out without saying anything. Every time I have to call to check on my order they are rude. I called corporate to let them know and was told if this is true then I need to go online to complain.. I didn’t want to do that I just want to order food and have it delivered. Well here you go JJ. Here is my online complaint. I will be going to Subway or Jersey Mikes instead moving forward. Better service and better food.
