As a Beijing kid who hasn’t been back to China in years, the garlic sausage and pine nut pork belly were truly enough to bring tears to my eyes. They were incredibly flavorful, but it was a shame there weren’t any pancakes, otherwise I’d have loved wrapping two and devouring them. I also bought the braised pork trotters and lamb ribs, which were also delicious. I’m planning to just get the roast chicken and braised pork elbow next time and treat myself to a crispy pancake at home.

This deserves zero points; this business is a complete scam. They put a layer of good meat on top, but underneath it’s all rotten, fatty meat. When I asked for a refund, four people came out and started arguing and making a scene. I really don’t know how they run a business! Avoid this place! Other customers have given similar feedback, see the pictures… especially the male owner; when he was trying to cheat me, one of his eyes kept looking elsewhere, very rude. If you don’t believe me, go to the store and meet the owner, haha!

The sausage and garlic sausage were just average. You can buy some if you’re really out of options, but if you’re making a special trip, forget about it. I tried them and they were just below average.
