Such friendly staff. Building inside is smaller than others but is still roomy and cozy. Love the outdoor seating. The food was delicious. And super excited they have ketchup. We highly recommend it. 10 out of 10

After ordering we got more drinks than we ordered then checked the receipt, apparently they added another drink and we told them “oh we don’t need another drink” and after asking the girl behind the counter (brunette with straight hair) if she charged us, she hit us with an attitude telling us “Yeah we charged you, I read it out to you and you agreed” then ROLLED HER EYES, how are we supposed to hear anything when the music inside is so loud?? And after asking if we could just get a refund for the drink, she argued with us and changed our ENTIRE order. Now as a teen (im assuming shes a teen or young adult purely based off of her appearance) who also works in fast food, I can understand that it can be annoying, but if you’re gonna work WITH and IN FRONT of customers, do NOT roll your eyes, that’s just rude and disrespectful, while the food was ok (despite it not even being what I ordered), they employees definitely need more training on how to handle and work with customers.

I had to pull forward to wait on my food. It was not a large order. After 10 minutes I had to go in and retrieve my food in which they had forgotten about. I didn’t even receive an apology. We do like raising Cane’s, but hope the quality of service improves or we’ll go else wear. And $30 for a kids meal and 2 box combos is a little much also.

This was my first time trying Raising Canes. I was really surprised at how good their tenders were. It’s a really limited menu so I assumed they would do their one product correctly and I was right. Really tender, great seasoning, and nice portions. Expensive for what it is but good!
