I am beyond disappointed and honestly shocked by what I witnessed today at Smoothie King. While visiting the location, an employee named ELIAS began screaming aggressively at another employee. His voice was so loud that the entire food court could hear it. It wasn’t just a small disagreement — it was loud, hostile, and completely inappropriate.

As a customer, it was uncomfortable and embarrassing to even stand there. No one should have to witness employees yelling to another employee in public, especially in a setting that is supposed to be professional and welcoming. This was not only unprofessional, it reflected a complete lack of self-control and basic workplace respect.

What makes this even more disappointing is that this location operates on post. Businesses inside a military installation should reflect the standards, discipline, and values associated with the Army. The behavior displayed today did the exact opposite. It showed poor leadership, no work ethic, and absolutely no customer service awareness.

Employees are the face of the business. When someone behaves this way, it damages the reputation of the entire store. Customers should feel comfortable and respected — not awkward and second-hand embarrassed.

Management seriously needs to address this immediately. Situations like this make people question whether they even want to return. Today’s experience was unacceptable.

I went to order my favorite Collagen Power smoothie that has pineapple and kale in it…I was given a tan almost peanut butter colored smoothie instead of a vibrant green one like usual, I asked where is the kale it’s not green? They told me it’s in there, but I couldn’t taste it at all. I took a picture of how they served it to me and then the next day I went to a different location and ordered the same smoothie and guess what it was a beautiful green smoothie that tasted correct! Here are the pictures of both smoothies…and I won’t be returning to the PX location!

The one star isn’t for the food, it’s for the service.
We ordered two pb swizzle bowls, and my mother-in-law asked for the peanut butter to come on the lid, NOT IN A SEPARATE BOWL, just on the lid the bowl COMES with, because she doesn’t like peanut butter, but her husband does (they’re sharing.)
The only reasoning they could give us was that “they’re not allowed to,” and one of the ladies even said, “we can’t do anything extra, we can only make it how it comes” but then proceeds to say they can do substitutions… which is not how they come. We weren’t asking for anything extra, any extra bowls/lids, just for the peanut butter to simply be put on the lid that already comes with the bowl.
We also asked for the manager, but they weren’t there, so we asked for the number, and they said they’re not allowed to give it to us.
Absolutely terrible! There was no valid reason they couldn’t fulfill our request.

I ordered the mixed one as I always drink and the extra fee is not a problem at all and the lady there said rudely that they do not make mixed ones and I told her that I bought the same one yesterday and she said we can only make it from the menu. I think it is not nice at all. I will not go there again.

Everytime I go here it seem depressing. Like no one wants to be there. Wait times aren’t great eithier. So not only am I over paying for a shake now im forced to wait in a depressing environment. Do better smoothie king.

I’m a regular customer 2-3 times per week. I will not order their bowls anymore. They are inconsistent and the portions have been been getting smaller. For $10 I expect a full bowl 🙁
