Well, I gotta say we’ve ordered from Domino’s here in Eaton since it opened up and trust me my driver know us now well alot of them do but Mr. Curtis is really nice we have a son that’s on the spectrum and he has a ruff time holding a slice of pie so we get it square cut a few time its been wrong but we all make mistakes but they’ve always made it right and we said something one night to a young man working and they have a note posted on the line for our house if they see his little pizza order come through they make sure its right before they leave the store so a BIG SHOUT OUT TO DOMINO’S IN EATON. So stop in dont pay attention to the comments people get upset say things we dont mean try for your self and tell me how your experience went thanks for listening to my rant

If I could give 0 stars for last night’s service I would. My husband had placed an order at 1027. It was a small order for three pastas for delivery. It was 1127 and our order was not delivered. We had called them to check on the order. The manager there told me that they only have two people working, and they had two orders come through the door pushing our oder back. There were no apologies made and didnt try to make it right. The food finally arrived at midnight. When we got it there was barley any pasta in our food. My husband took it back up there and the manager told him that they do this to people all the time because they are short every night and that they dont make wnough money. Never ordering from here again. We have been ordering from here a lot since it had first opened.

I hit my 60 points for a pizza. I was craving ham and mushroom. My first question is why it charges me $3.75 for extra cheese? Secondly, they put pineapple instead of mushroom. Sadly I wasted my “free” pizza on one I don’t like but don’t have time to wait for another one so therefore it’s just a loss. The pizza does look good as far as quality and I’m sure it would taste really well if this is what you wanted it’s just a letdown that you get online order it and the receipt clearly says it but yet there are no quality checks in place to know the difference between a pineapple and a mushroom

We used to order here almost weekly. The service was fast and other than cutting a pizza incorrectly here and there, we rarely had any issues. I’m not sure what’s changed but the last 3 times we’ve ordered carry out have taken more than twice as long as it used to AND there has consistently been issues with the orders. Now, there’s never any garlic butter on the crust, the toppings are sloppy and one order, one of our pizzas was missing cheese entirely and it took another 30 minutes to get a carryout replacement. Even now as I’m writing this review the pizza tracker has shown my “order is being prepared” for 20 minutes. It’s not even in the oven yet. I don’t know what’s happened in the last two months but the service and accuracy at this place has taken a huge nosedive.

Waited 45 minutes for my food. After my order was put in 30 minutes prior. Less than par food. They hadent started my order until after I pulled up. All the employees was just standing around. With no other orders in. Would not recommend.

Some of the best dominos I’ve had the place is clean and the workers nice as can be I definitely recommend if you like dominos and are in the area to check them out definitely would eat here again!!

They are really doing great now! it was not that bad at all during their opening.. I mean, it was their first time and had the pressure of the opening day, was really a big deal. But they are really fantastic! The crew particularly the lady that is always on the counter is really nice! My family likes her even my little children.:) she makes our pizza with love! 🙂

My family and I are always satisfied with our service from this store. We definitely want to give a shout out to Justin. He has delivered to us on a few occasions and is absolutely hilarious and kind. I believe he moved up and took a management spot. We wish him luck. With the service industry today, attitudes and poor service are a common thing. So when meeting those, who are kind and light hearted. Recognition is important. Again, Justin if you read this, thanks for being you! You’re a fantastic employee and person.
