Large selection of hookah’s to choose from. The Staff is very knowledgeable & Kind. The place is kept in immaculate shape. Very modern with an exotic twist. Definitely check out the snack cart and pizza selection straight from the hill. 5 stars.

We came in around noon on a Thursday. This lounge was very clean and has a laid back atmosphere. Our hookah cost $17. Our hookah flavor was peach and mango. It was very flavorful. The charcoal was not the quick light which was nice. The staff was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I’m very disappointed of the owner of this place! They posted on social media about an after party! We get there and they apparently saying it’s canceled! When they let half of the people get in!!! They apparently chose who can and can not get in!!! That is so wrong and unprofessional! I will never step a foot in there ever again!!!

This place is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it. A true 5 star ⭐ rating. The service is impeccable, super friendly staff who make you feel welcomed and appreciated. I recently visited this hookah place for the first time, and unfortunately, it will be my last. From the moment I walked in, I encountered a corpulent woman with long hair who seemed to have an attitude. It felt as if she knew me and was instantly annoyed by my presence. She took my order in a dismissive manner, making me feel like I was bothering her.
I also witnessed her yelling at another customer just for asking about charcoal, which was quite unsettling. To add to the disappointment, the hookah was tasteless, and my latte was served cold. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values decent treatment. I certainly won’t be returning.

Very disappointing experience. I visited Exotic Hookah Lounge in St. Louis yesterday, and the service was terrible. The woman at the counter was extremely rude. I ordered coffee, and even though I paid for it, she didn’t give me the correct change, claiming they always round up. When I tried to thank her, she completely ignored me and threw the items on the table instead of handing them to me properly. I also asked for one charcoal for my hookah, and she refused. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Definitely won’t be returning.
