We stopped in for a quick lunch because we had an appointment nearby. We wanted something quick but on the healthier side. Good Eats delivered! My wife ordered the soul food bowl with grilled chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was possibly the best tasting grilled chicken i’ve ever had! The seasoning and flavor was wonderful! I also ordered an Impossible burger which was cooked perfectly and came with a side of crispy fries. Dining is very basic but clean. We will be back for sure!

Both REALLY good. Reasonably prices. Wonderful staff. Clean space.
You can’t go wrong. Very glad we found this place. Wish we had one just like it where we live as it is a bit far from home.

This normally was my go to spot for a good salmon B L T I’m not sure if they have the same cook or not. Last 2 occasions, they give you the end piece of the salmon very dry. I asked no Mayo, he fixed my sandwich, put Mayo on it, I took it back, he recooked it and put Mayo on it again. Sweet potato fries didn’t taste crispy like they used to. Then they charge you for using a credit or debit card and upcharge on the sweet potato fries.

Well when I entered I expected a full menu of healthy foods menu but that was not the case. This place doesn’t seems to be a healthy option restaurant nor do I feel their expertise is in healthy foods so I kept it basic and ordered chicken tenders and hot wings with sweet potato fries. None of which was good. The food was overcooked, unseasoned and not tasty. The atmosphere was good and the people were friendly though. I just wish I went with my first mind and choose another establishment

First and last time going here. My family order an Asian bowl $7.99+$5.00 for grilled chicken. A traditional salad (that didn’t come with cucumbers assuming since I was charged for them) $6.99 +$6.00 seared tuna +$.65cucumbers +$.65 sweet potatoes(expected to be charged for sweet potatoes). A 10 piece lemon pepper w/o fries $9.99. Another traditional salad $6.99 +$5.00 grilled chicken. 4pc chicken strips w/ fries $8.59. Total was $64.97. We were charged $2.49 non cash adj which we didn’t know until after our card was swiped then they had the nerve to have a tip as an option . The salad dressing options suck for the price of salads I expect a better variety. When I got home I added things to my salad because they put a sprinkle of cucumbers and a sprinkle of small diced red onions it didn’t look like a $14 salad. The other traditional salad with grilled chicken didn’t have $5.00 worth of chicken. The wings were ok and lacking too little and not bomb for $1 per wing. I should have known when they didn’t asked me how I wanted my tuna. Not pictures but the strips had a little amount of fries. If the food was worth it we would be back but it’s not. Oh yeah I had to ask for an itemized receipt.

Service was excellent. Got the soul food bowl w/salmon. Costing $18. The dish was good. Wish it wouldve been less rice & more of the other ingredients but thats just a personal preference. Salmon was a lil bit salty but it was cooked perfectly. The temp was perfect. And even tho it was onthe saltier side it balanced out with the meal as a whole and it was still delicious and again thats just my personal taste buds. It was Very flavorful. It came w/a dressing/sauce but didnt need it cause it was flavorful esp salmon. Im ready for a nap!!!!! Def will be back.

I have passed this location for months and kept saying I wanted to give it a try. Today I had time and it was worth it! I ordered the Bowl with grilled chicken and brown rice, steamed broccoli, carrots and a wonderful sauce. It was delicious and enough for a second serving. Great food!

All I can say is… “We are regulars”. Sometimes we order via DoorDash or we will just go pick it up. I usually order the Asian bowl with grilled chicken and wifey orders the turkey burger with the sweet potato fries. The food is consistently good. Tonight I tried the Teriyaki wings and onion rings. You can specify if you want all drums or flats. I ordered 10 drums and they were very good. The wings were a nice size, not like those baby wings you will see at other places. Go out and support this local Black owned business.

I almost dropped my bag so it’s not in its original, neat form but nonetheless, this was thee BEST salmon burger I’ve had in awhile. It’s seasoned perfectly and wasn’t overcooked, the lettuce wasn’t old or limp, the veggies were fresh it was just perfect. I swear after the first bite I called them because I was in disbelief lol I know times are harder than ever to run a business but it’s so hard to find fresh, consistent food like this. Please don’t change ♥️
