Made arrangements with them for my sons graduation asked if they needed a deposit no deposit needed for the schedule date. Called just weeks before graduation day party, unfortunately they booked other events on my son’s graduation day (7/12/2025). They offered to possibly have a different food truck(not the same food) fill in for the event I was having but no guarantee.
Very disappointed in how this turned out.
Just a thought for this business owner, allow deposits to ensure dates are secured for the customer, customers having events and gatherings do put trust into the company to show up. Deposit could be taken off full amount when event is over, also if the customer canceled you keep the non refundable deposit.
