Freaky fast…. Yea right freaky slow…. Watched multiple people that ordered after us get their food. When I walked up and asked where our sandwiches were. They were just sitting there and no one had called them out. Do not recommend this location at all. Would give 0 stars if I could.

A few gentleman behind the counter, one of Asian decent and the other of African helped me with all the support I needed and could consume. I do not ever get jimmy John’s so when I can in here they both satisfied my every need. This store needs 5 stars, atmosphere, service and deserve my gratitude. They’ve messed up my order 2/3 times I’ve ordered from here. Called to ask for a refund but was treated passive aggressively by being told that I should check my sandwich before leaving? Apparently it’s too hard for them to follow instructions clearly written on the receipt so I’m expected to open up my sandwich to make sure they did their job correctly. This place is going to get run into the ground by their horrible service and terrible sandwich making.

Called after 45 minutes to check status of delivery only to find out it was not going to be delivered due to a 3rd party delivery service not accepting the load. I mentioned how that would have been nice to know with a call to me. Employees response was they were busy and only have 2 employees. I understand being busy but I can’t help but wonder how long they were going to make me sit in limbo waiting on something that was never going to arrive. Disappointed

I love Jimmy Johns, but if you’re going to come to this location, don’t plan on using your rewards unless you order online in advance. For many many months I didn’t know why they never asked for my rewards number at only this location. Apparently, (I’m told) if they enter the rewards number it messes with the entire system. I would think that’s something that is eventually fixed. However, that isn’t the case. This is also the only Jimmy John’s I’ve been to where I’ve received the wrong food and get half the meat. Accidents happen, but I hope the issue with entering the rewards gets fixed someday…and for the love, put the standard number of slices of turkey on the sandwich. Very unfortunate. Went back 6 months later to try again…same issue with the meat. Made sure to order online so don’t know if anything changed with rewards.

Been here several times and almost always it takes forever for them to serve. Been waiting in line for over 10 (edited the review to change the time to over 20 mins) minutesfor a drive thru sandwich and I have one vehicle before me. Not the fast service they advertise and they don’t seem to care despite bad reviews. Not going back.

I walked in at 11:00 and everything was clean and staff was courteous. Had my sandwich in a minute the way it should be, and the sandwich was good.

They’re always open when I’ve been in town. Only 3 employees so if you need a job maybe they’re hiring. Food was delicious as always and service has improved but still in the slower side of what you expect from jimmy johns.

I should’ve looked at the reviews ahead of time as they are all true and valid. Avoid this location at all costs- I thought it was going to be a “freaky fast” order but it was quite the opposite. I went through the drive through and fully regret it. I waited 25 minutes for ONE sandwich. I drove away and realized my sandwich was not the one I ordered. I couldn’t turn around as the wait time gave me no time to turn around because at this point I was already running late. I called the store and they apologized and I asked for a refund. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning.
