One of our favorite Italian restaurants in the South Shore is Mia Regazza in Marshfield. The restaurant is spacious, featuring a bar, dining rooms, and outdoor seating during the summer. The service is friendly and professional, and the dining rooms maintain a pleasant noise level. The food is excellent, with the chicken Parmesan being a standout dish. Parking can be challenging during dinner hours, so it’s recommended to arrive a bit early. It is definitely recommended.

Our first time was last night (August 2021). Amazing food & drinks. Service was so good, she seemed she has done this for years, it’s hard to find that now of days. Great atmosphere. Got sat in the back of the restaurant next to last window infront of the waitresses station, and outside had a band playing near the outside bar that looked nice. We will be coming back.

Came in October 2021, food & drinks were just as good as the first. Sat near the big white fireplace , even though it wasn’t lit, it was still a comfort homey view. Service was okay. I think the girl was new. Look forward to coming back.
Sat in the bar high top area in December 2021 for a birthday. A long lit fire place was in a wall behind us which was a cozy feel. All of our appetizers & dinners were delicious. We ordered chocolate cake for the birthday guy and it was the best I’d tasted in a while during a night out to eat. Our family had a great time.
Went recently for my sister’s birthday April 2022 and everything was just as good as always. The servings seemed smaller in size like the seafood and meat. But still decent and delicious. Our waitress Linda was a pleasure to have, she was funny and down to earth. She brought out a surprise strawberry cake slice for my sister and it was so sweet of her, and the cake was again the best I’ve had.

Great location, plenty of parking, clean and organized food for all, and all is good. This is the sister location. Live band. The family has a breakfast place right next door. Go check it out.

We went to dinner here on a Tuesday night and they were packed which was a great first sign (they must be good if they are that busy on a Tuesday). They still sat us right away. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive to us the whole time we were there. All of the food just blew us away! It was absolutely amazing and so full of flavor. I can not wait to get back over there again

Food was excellent overall. Lobster salad was prepared with just the right amount of mayo (very light)Roll was toasted nicely, French fries were crispy they seemed house-made, and the stuffed quahog was also delicious. My cocktail was prepared well. Only waited a few minutes to be seated considering Father’s day holiday. Bathroom was clean. Every other person in my party really enjoyed their food as well. I would come again to explore and evaluate other items on their full menu.

Eggplant parm – crunchy eggplant, tasted previously frozen. Friend had a prime rib, half of which was a hunk of fat. Server was nice. Hard to get past the terrible food though.

What can I say but “Excellent” Large open restaurant with lots and lots of seating. Also lots of free parking too. We came on a busy a Saturday night and were seated right away by the fireplace. The place is bustling and busy so the noise level is up there. Not that it’s a bad thing but it’s not the type of place you want to go for an intimate romantic dining experience. There is a huge rectangular bar that was packed with patrons. There are also lots of high tops in this area as well. Behind it is the main dining area and to the left is another room that is open for regular dining or small functions. Out back is a large patio dining area with a full bar and live entertainment on some nights.
There was adequate numbers of staff who were working fast and hard all over the place.
We were quickly greeted by our server “Cheryl” who was pleasant, personable attentive, informative and efficient. She answered all our questions and offered suggestions. Our drinks came quickly and were made just right with a generous pour of Vodka.
I was eating light and had a house salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It was the sweetest I’ve ever had and a enjoyed the change up. I also had an appetizer of scallops wrapped in bacon with maple glaze.
They were the best scallops I’ve ever had.
The maple glaze was simply amazing.
I ate light to save room for dessert. I tried the chocolate peanut butter pie and a cappuccino. Both were perfect.
While this was my first time at Mia Regazza it won’t be my last.
I’m also going to try their sister breakfast place next door which I assume will be as good as Mia Regazza.
In conclusion I highly recommend Mia Regazza for a fine dining experience with great food and a great vibe.

Attended for a private function and the food was surprisingly good compared to their Abington location (which isn’t so great). Staff were friendly and helpful as well.
