My preferred location! Good service! They are always quick & extra friendly. The cashier always reminds us of sales and available coupons. They’re just nice folks. I love the vintage LJS interior too. The food is yummy and yes a little greasy…but hey, this is Long John Silver’s and it’s fried fast food so the grease is part of the charm.

The manager was disrespectful to me. She basically called me a list to my face. My husband myself and the couple setting across from us all said that the cherry Pepsi was extremely watery. She tasted it and said she thought it was fine . However all 4 of us says that it was watery. The malted vinegar was watered down did not taste 1/4 as good as the other long John silvers . Especially the one one in Weston WV. their food is totally scrumptious

Came here three times, so far, and each time the food was great. It had been a while since I went here– probably a few years ago, before the new management took over, and I was pleasantly surprised. They make great crab cakes, everything comes out piping hot, and I would fight a man in hand to hand combat for an order of hushpuppies. The staff are friendly, and it’s far better than having to go all the way to Eastpointe. You do have to go inside to order, as the drive-thru is permanently closed, and the parking lot is pretty rough if you use a wheelchair or other mobility aids, so keep that in mind if it’s relevant to you. But yeah, good fish, nice staff, and there’s a fish buffet every week. You can’t beat it.

Stopped here on our way home from a resort. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Love them! The place, however, must have been having sewage problems because it smelled like dookie.

The fish was to greasy. Couldn’t eat it. My grandson tried and was sick at his stomach before he got home. They need to change their grease. Paid 24.00 for our meal and it was not good. The Cole slaw was not good either.

I was just at the Clarksburg WV location and the gentleman, that was their manager, at the register was the rudest person I have ever met! Insisted that the bag he handed me was mine! The lady working there even told him that the bag wasn’t mine!! VERY unprofessional and I promise I will never eat there again!

The girl at the register didn’t greet us instead looked thru her cell phone and gave another customer a website address and the slowly walked to the register and we ordered and she didn’t get our drinks! I have never seen a place to eat especially lj that had such bad service it took 18 minutes to get our food and i heard others complaining too

Long john silvers has always been a great spot to eat especially if ur craving fish the hushpuppies are amazing and the fried twinkies are amazing and sundays is all u can eat for a great price so thats real nice and the staff has always been nice the food is fresh and hot definitely worth it
