Second time ordering from them sense I have moved to Sterling Heights. Regardless of what is selected they only give chicken and rice although there are options to split it into two separate sides (ex. Orange chicken with a side of fried rice and chow mein). Irritated is beyond the word never had issues else where. Whether it is dashed or in person do the job correctly.

UPDATE: before leaving, I approached a man who looked like a manager and asked him if the food is supposed to have mushrooms in it. He replied yes, we are out today though, so the food out does not. Lol. I told him what happened and he was very nice and gave me a free bowl. I would advise to be careful about who are working at your place though! Makes you look bad. The lady stood there looking at me the time I was talking to him. No apology.
I am sincerely appalled at the service I received. I ordered a plate and asked for the chicken with mushrooms. I specifically asked the employee if it had mushrooms, and she said yes. When I received my plate, there were zero mushrooms—just chicken. I went back to clarify, and she looked directly at the plate and still insisted that there were mushrooms in it, which simply wasn’t true.
I then asked to switch to the steak with mushrooms. She said yes and told me there would be a $1.50 upcharge, which I agreed to. She again confirmed that the steak had mushrooms. A different employee had rang me up for this and charged me $7 for the steak, saying I was paying for a whole entrée. After being charged and receiving the food, there were still no mushrooms.I already paid $11 for a plate that didn’t even include what was advertised.
I myself have worked in the food industry, Its really not that hard to take a second to look at what you’re serving to people, and see that there are no mushrooms. The place is not even that busy. I genuinely don’t care about the mushrooms, it’s the attitude I received after being patient.
I was misled and dismissed. If items are listed as having mushrooms, they should actually include them, and staff shouldn’t insist something is there when it clearly isn’t. Very disappointing experience. I will not come again.

Stop by there Wednesday January 7th. 2026 at 9:15 p.m. I went to this location because the other location on Gratiot and Roseville in MI couldn’t make me any super greens at 5 minutes to 9:00 p.m., closing time for this location is 10:00 p.m. I drove to the Sterling heights Van Dyke location near 16 Mile and arrived there at 9:15 p.m. and they set me up with a warm plate of super greens along with the rest of my order. It took them less than 2 1/2 minutes to produce fresh super greens. The question in my mind is if super greens is a side item along with chow, mein or rice and the Roseville location was running low on both of those. How were they going to service the rest of the customers for the next hour without any side items available for their entree item?

My daughter’s food was good, but my orange chicken and fried rice were both burnt. The chicken was so dry and hard that my fork couldn’t pick up some pieces. First time trying this location, not impressed

When I first walked in the atmosphere was nice with music playing and also the place looking clean and a ton of people were there. The worker took my order without any issues and was fast. The food was really good with good proportions and pricing. I really like this place and I am glad one opened near me so I can come here more for lunch or dinner. The workers were really nice and gave me all the types of sauces which I never got from other different locations. I highly recommend this location.

Don’t order online, there system sucks. They want to offer you 20% off your first order. Spent 30 dollars and their whole system crashes they can’t refund me, bank won’t refund me I have to wait a whole week and spent my last I had for the day. And did absolutely nothing for me. Now me and my family get to stave tonight. You guys suck and are unprofessional. I hope you guys go out of business and all lose your job.

I got a bigger plate with mushroom chicken, beef broccoli and orange chicken. Literally one piece of beef in my broccoli, 4 piece of chicken in my mushroom chicken and 4 pieces of orange chicken. I got a bowl of noodles and orange chicken that’s what it looks like. If you don’t wanna be ay work don’t go to work or quit. Nobody needs to deal with anyone else’s bullshit.

I ordered the Family Meal at Panda Express, and the pickup was very fast—it didn’t take long at all. The location was very clean, and the staff was nice. The food was decent, I’d rate it a 7 out of 10. Overall, I would recommend this location and I will be coming back.
