One and done. I placed an order for a plain pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. It was one of the worst pizzas I’ve had in a long time. It had very little toppings and was quite bland. Never again.

This morning Julia went above and beyond. Three employees had called out sick & she handled the Sunday Fryeburg Fair traffic craziness like a pro!! From getting out a fresh batch of breakfast sandwiches to emptying the full coffee grounds…I could never handle that! So glad you are here!

We ordered a pizza with half one set of toppings and half another. When we got home the whole pizza had all toppings. We called to have them fix it and was told they won’t do half one topping and the other half another anymore. When we have gone before they have told us they could not add cheese to a button because it is not in their system. What a joke! Save your money and go elsewhere.

The food is soo good, I love their sandwiches/italians and their pazzo bread is my favorite. The service could be improved though. One time I went there and ordered and they were just prepping food for the pre made food they put out for people to just grab. Well while I waited for my food a worker asked another worker if the order (mine) was being done and they responded it’s gone, which made me take notice because it was not gone, I was still waiting but the worker then did say “well it’s going” however they continued prepping and putting out multiple items before grabbing mine, which I realized had been sitting out of the oven the whole time. When he handed me my food I just simply asked if it came with marinara sauce and he proceeded to open my food and talk over it (no idea if he spit when he talked) and I left very upset but didn’t say anything out of shock and frustration.

They have ads for salads all over the location. But they have no salads because they had no time to mix up the salad mix. I had chocolate pudding that looked good but tasted like cleaning fluid.

Was standing in line waiting to be served customer service. All staff ignored us so we could be served to place our order. Was there 20 mins before they closed at 7pm and we waited for over 20mins to have them turn around and say sorry we closed at 7pm and we were standing there the whole time. Very pissed about that so we didn’t get our food for dinner. Never going there again!!!!
