Sandwich was ordered from doordash. It was disgusting and sloppy missing toppings and the chips. My cheese looked like it was ripped up and thrown on the sandwich. The sandwich was missing its second meat option when it comes with two different meats. It was also overly saturated with mustard and mayonnaise making it soggy. It was more sauce on the sandwich than toppings 7/2/2025

Food was fresh and the guy who served us was very patient and gentle. He definitely deserves a raise. Everything was good untill I saw the bathroom. Bathroom is horrible and almost never cleaned. Please fix that one thing

I was always a big fan of their chocolate chip cookies but, the quality of the cookies has gone down lately. Just way too much chocolate chips in the cookies that it overpowers the cookie itself. You can’t taste the cookie from the chips and you are left with a chocolatey mess on your hand, especially if you are driving.

Employees don’t smile and don’t communicate except bare minimum. Sandwiches have shrunk (chicken less than the size of an extra small chicken breast) veggies are stingy (four slices of cucumber in a salad at $10). Teamwork is lacking; young man single-handedly taking care of customers asked for help with customers and she she no she had stuff to do. I don’t know who owns this, I recommend quick changes and training. I’ll give it one last chance but after that I’m done.

I use to come here often (at least once a week) but I won’t anymore. After two different visits and you’re always out of meats, the service is rude, and they act like they don’t care. It’s worth the drive to go into town to get better service and food elsewhere. I would not recommend this particular establishment to ANYONE that has standards or likes to enjoy their $10 footlong, Because you WILL NOT find that here. Don’t let the other reviews or cleanliness fool you. And if you go, I wish you better luck than I have gotten from there.

Slow, unfriendly service, can’t maintain stock of anything. First time in my life I’ve seen somewhere put carbonation in Powerade. It blows my mind that people can screw things up that badly. Additionally, they refused to ring up my order as meal deals and instead rang everything up separately, costing me an extra $3 per person for no reason.
