Employees were nice, and fast, food was a little sloppy and just thrown together!
Recap, just went there again, waited 20 min for 2 bacon cheeseburgers, and a royal wrap. Bunch of workers standing around, some actually had theyre hands in theyre pockets. Said they were waiting for the burgers to be cooked, it was 1240pm. Wasn’t busy.

The manager needs to be replaced. Leaving ppl standing in line when she sees them clearly turns her back makes people wait on her. Even used the phrase “when im good and ready”. Next time she will be filmed and the news outlet will be called. Hope the district and coperate manager love the publicity. Because professional with her has gone to her head and im a customer I refuse to wait 30 minutes to place another order. They need to watch cameras better. It is going to the media and her actions have been posted to social media.

Very disappointed. Took 10 mins to order with one truck in front of us. The employee took our cash and didn’t know how to make change. We ordered the Sponge Bob Meal and the bun for the burger was stale and hard, we received 4 tots and they were super burnt.

Staffing seemed a little short the day I went. Overall, it was a clean atmosphere with bright eating areas due to all the large windows. And they got our order correct.

Guys what’s happening at the few BKs in the area? Competition popping up everywhere at the same price point and the 3 locations nearest to me in Cranston cannot produce a patty melt done correctly. Concept is amazing, but with 3 attempts at 3 locations, dry, bread barely cooked, cheese not melted. I cannot understand it, maybe no training at all.
A great opportunity to grab customers wasted. I give up.

The people were friendly, the place was clean EXCEPT THE BATHROOM. The bathroom looked like no one cleaned it in a week. Very disgusting. Out of soap and no way to dry your hands. Very much in contrast to the rest of the place.

I visited this location approximately dinner time in the evening. The drive thru was empty. I had trouble understanding the very fast talking girl on the speaker. I paid for the meal and went home. I live 2 miles away and was home in approximately 4 minutes.
I ordered a Whopper Meal #1, with Cheese.
– It Was as Cold and Old as could be
– There was No Cheese, but 7 Pickles.
– Fries were loaded down with salt and were
not eaten.
This was the absolute worst Fast Food Meal I ever had. You were much better in the 1960’s!!!

Extremely slow. Mistakes on my order. Other guests returning with mistakes on their order. Half your order will sit forever until they get around to finish it.

I had high hopes, the facility is clean. The staff have all their teeth and hair. Unlike others. But! They gave me half orders of fries, that cost $5! And then they literally burned my impossible whopper, that cost $8 I want my money back.
