I have been holding off reviewing this location as I am aware of how detrimental reviews can be . But really it’s to much….. is anyone actually running this place ? I ordered several times with no issue but the last 4 times have been a total joke service wise and tonight Bambinos did not disappoint on their sub par service
nothing was cut and I paid for half a sub , you dont even have an option to buy half a sub. I suggest you get a manager that cares about running your establishment and some employees that aren’t smoking pot/eating edibles the whole time they are working being they cant do their job while stoned apparently.

The manager is absolutely horrible! I was called stupid and he yelled at me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! If you’re looking at reviews let this one be a warning ⚠️ to never order from Bambino’s!

Very good pizza. Great prices and portion sizes. The girls who work there are great and very professional. Generous amount of toppings and the texture of the dough is great. I’m not from ohio but I will definitely stop here again with my crew when working in the area

Our order was wrong & when I called the guy seemed put off. Our receipt had bacon only, and they loaded it with mushrooms! He said, if you want a new [correct] pizza we had to bring the wrong one back & we’ll make you a correct one. I asked why they couldn’t just make me the correct pizza I ordered & they bring it to me. My husband ended up going to exchange the pizzas because he was afraid they’d do something to my pizza if I made them deliver it. They were rude when I called & didn’t offer a refund or anything for our trouble. We won’t be going back & wouldn’t recommend them.
