20 min for two soups?? They have like 15 people in the kitchen. This place could be amazing. This is management fault. These kids need training and a kitchen manager. If they do have one he or she is not doing his/her job. There was barely 10 people inside and 4 outside. Also the soups were super watery.

The new location is finley open. Everything looks and smells great! There are some great options to pick from. Everyone is kind and friendly. Great atmosphere too! Everyone should check out the new location! Also since its in town center you can also walk around after you enjoy your meal. They have outside seating too and can see the water fountain.

Cons
There was a whopping 10 people in there and I waited 30 min for my food…Comon man … and they only have Michelob Ultra for the happy hour beer.

The restaurant was packed on a Sunday. We went with our friends. Our meals came out immediately. Our friends had to wait 25 minutes until theres was delivered. They also need to establish a line for drinks only. We would have orders more but I didn’t want to wait in line for 20 minutes for a glass of wine.

Was very crowded, long waits, no place to seat (they now have fewer seats outside then they used to). Many menu items that were good are gone. Weird decisions.

We were looking to return to our favorite Sellands for their fantastic margherita pizza , only to see that it is now “Obo’s”. The worker assured us that it was the same margherita pizza as before. Not at all true! It was doughy, and the cheese was not good, barely any basil, and no fresh tomatoes. Soooo disappointing. We have never stood in line so long to place our order. It wasn’t so much that it was that busy; the line was just not moving. Time to call in gor an “efficiency consult”, and get Sellands back to make your pizza.

This is Selland’s they just rebranded. Even though it was crowded overall everything mostly was ok. Only a bit disappointing they took out the Chicken-Jalapeno pizza? Bring it back. Same all staff not much changed. Place is so crowded can’t find seat and its not Saturday, put more chairs upfront even if you have to return the green ones.

From a purely observational perspective, this restaurant demonstrates a consistent approach to Italian cuisine. The balance between acidity in the tomato sauces and the richness of olive oil was well controlled. Pasta texture indicated proper cooking time, not over-softened. Even the bread maintained structural integrity with a crisp crust. In summary, the kitchen clearly understands fundamentals.
