My husband was just here to get food for the family. Worker stopped my husband’s order to start someone else’s order, fine no big deal, he was planning on ordering 4 sandwiches, it’s a lot. But when she went back to him he couldn’t hear her and spoke up to make sure she could hear him. She rudely told him to stop yelling and when he stated he couldn’t hear well, she refused to serve him. My husband is not a rude guy. Yeah a lil loud, but definitely friendly. He left after that and looks like we will be going to another subway from now on.

Went to subway and were to start the poor girl Andrea was there all by herself during lunch hour. Not to mention that they advertise a lunch special then don’t have it or offer any substitute. Hmm. They also don’t have soup either. The manager really needs to get their shiz together I don’t recommend this location. Do better.

Unbelievable! Placed order through the app for two tuna footlongs, used my reward points for $2. Arrived at the store and waited in line for about 20 minutes, told the ONLY person who was there that I’m here to pick up my app order, he nodded his head in agreement, then serviced person in front of me and when my turn came advised no tuna available and he called me to inform. When asked what number he called, as I received no calls, he pointed at the number on the top of the receipt which is THEIR LOCATION PHONE NUMBER! He then voided my paid check and said money will be back in 2-7 business days. Points are waisted and not refundable. Waisted 40 minutes of my lunch time for nothing as well!

Thus us the second time in a row they completely screwed up my order under staffed and no idea what they are doing. Went back to have them fix it because there was no sliced avocado which I paid extra for abd then informed me get were iut so they were just gonna burn me for 2 dollars. Then wanted me to wait while she built multiple sandwiches to redo my ored. Worst service ever do NOT GO THERR

Came in to order a Philly. Second time in a row they were out of what I wanted, toppings are missing, and there’s only bottled water in the cooler. Is this place going out of business? If so, Subway execs need to shut it down immedatiately. Service was no good as well. Please fix or shut this place down.

Visited may 1 2025 at 1200pm Placed an online order they fail to follow simple instruction ended up with a bone dry sandwich when I asked for (more) peppercorn ranch and Mayo. Employees need to be retrained

Worse experience I’ve ever had in Subway! First of all we came and they didn’t have forks, okay we went to the liquor store to ask them. Second we ordered protein bowl and they fought with us because we said it was 4 scoops and they said it was 2 only. We are always buying from subway this specifically order and everywhere is 4 scoops. In the end they recognized their mistake and didn’t even apologized. Also when the woman recognized that she was wrong she tried to pretend that’s what she said and I told her no so she told me “I’m not talking to you, thank you.” HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE everything!!! Don’t ever come here UNLESS YOU ARE DYING WITHOUT FOOD!!!!!!!!

Girlfriend ordered online went into pick it up. Bought drinks & there was no ice & had to be refunded. Took my order & went home. Got home the chipotle, mayo & mustard requested on the side was not there. Returned to store, got the sauces. When I got home to eat, we realized she put the sandwiches on the wrong bread. Called the store & was asked to return a third time but i was not heading back again. The worker, Joanna, said she didnt make the sandwiches, but that “if there was nothing else she could help me with, she had to get back to work” rudely.

We went to subway on Lincoln and 6th. The help was very friendly but their was only 2 kinds of bread to choose from and the sauces and veggies were extreamly limited. The person working apologized for the shortages. I have never seen any other store this mismanaged its awful!
