Johnathan was SUPER SUPER SUPER NICE. I showed him a recipe I found on Pintrest and he was able to make it unlike this other girl from a different Starbucks who didn’t give me the time of day but anyway I’m super happy with my drink so thanks again to Johnathan. Someone give him a raise please.

This is supposed to be a pink drink. By far the worst drink I’ve ever received from Starbucks. Old man in there was rude and kept making my drink wrong saying he’s worked at Starbucks for years okay well how about you make a proper pink drink? Wow. Never coming back.

Their menu is a lot smaller than I remember, but what they serve is good. Their sandwiches are delicious and I really don’t enjoy their seasonal coffees, like the peppermint mocha. I can’t get enough of that one lol.

Clean and quick. But the staff was not….friendly. They weren’t rude or anything. Just… no greeting, the dead pan stare like hurry up and order, no friendly interactions. It wasn’t a “bad” experience but kinda uncomfortable and they didn’t give me an option to add in my own cream and sugar, they did it for me and it was so gross I just took mine home and redid it. All I ordered was a hazelnut coffee. Nothing special. I could have saved the 7 bucks and had better coffee and better atmosphere at home.

I am lactose intolerant. The employees were too busy having a conversation then paying attention to my order. The fellow still proceeded with milk then dumped it without cleaning it. I have horrible side effects when it comes to milk. Then PROCEEDED to add coffee when I said none. Also, there was too much ice to where the drink was frozen. I am highly disappointed. Won’t waste my time coming here again.

My drinks were made perfect! Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frap the worker was making the drinks by himself and had a line of people waiting. He worked well under pressure!

Sub par customer service, they don’t have any of their food items and the last time I was here there was someone cussing up front. Tables are sticky as well. Drinks are good though ♀️
