I avoid this place at all costs.
I had made an online order to pick-up donuts on Christmas day. They confirmed the order via text & email. Unbeknownst to me, they were closed Christmas day; which is totally fine. Just don’t accept the order then, or at the very least contact me to let me know that the store isn’t open.
They accepted the $100+ order, but never fulfilled it. I went into the store the following week looking to get a refund since I never received my order. Took my information down, and told me the manager will call me. Manager never called.
I waited a few days before called them asking about the status of the refund. The guy on the phone said he had no idea about the situation, and he took down my number and promised me that the manager would call me back. Manager never called me back. I’m still waiting for them to call me back.
I tried one of their donuts, and it was one of the most ok donuts I’ve ever had.

, , & . These donuts are no doubt worth the trip! Loaded with sweet cream and topped with fresh ingredients. Every bite is cloudy with the perfect amount of chew. Staff is kindhearted and passionate about their store. Perfect place to grab a Vanilla Chai or Coffee and start the day. Their variety in flavors is outstanding and each has its own .

These might be the worst donuts I’ve ever had! The case was pretty full when we walked in, but everything looked sad.
Sitting for hours and assembled with zero skill or attention to detail.
And there was a fly in the case.
The lady behind the counter was nice enough to shew it away a few times
We got 4 types.
They were ALL so sweet we couldn’t have more than a single bite without our teeth hurting. Also the donuts were dryer than anything I’ve ever experienced it was so disappointing.
The box they came in was nice I guess.
Un-bookmarking this place immediately.

This is a special treat. If you hold gourmet painstakingly made craft donuts to high standard, this donut shop is it. It’s definitely on the pricey side but if you care for fresh made donuts with incredible flavors it’s not so bad. The coffee is very fresh and delicious. Much better coffee than large chain donut shop coffee. The counter staff are incredibly friendly and helpful picking out your donuts. For those uncertain which flavor to choice they literally walk you through what type of foods you like. Very cool and interesting. Again, definitely a dozen notches above low standard donut shops like Dunkin.

The donuts looked great but tasted old. For the cost, I was very disappointed. The service was very friendly and helpful. They’ve gotten a lot of great reviews so maybe I just got them on a bad day.

First time here . It’s pretty close to where we’re staying at . So we ordered on TOO GOOD TO GO. 6:30 was pick up time . Got there store was empty . A lot of delicious lookin donuts . The guy grabbed 2 sprinkled donuts and 2 other donuts. We went on the website to see which donuts we got and it’s not even on the menu. They had so many delicious lookin ones that I would’ve loved to try but unfortunately we got those . The sprinkle ones were mediocre nothing special. The one with the orangey jelly wasn’t good at all. We were tryna guess what it was but we don’t know . We haven’t tired the yellow one with the coconut flakes yet. (We ended up throwing it away)I dont think we would do a TOO GOOD TO GO order here again . Cute box and cute spot.

Is not your average donuts shop, high quality and good price.service was great, fast, nice group of young people, cheerful and good manners. Eat it there, take to go, if you are in nutley, is a must stop.

Was a good experience. Had an espresso and 3 donuts. Nice flavors and variety of donuts. Parking can be tough as limited street parking, but its worth a visit still. Will come again.

Came here for the first time 05/27/2023 and wondering how the Glaze Donuts are out if this world as they have it advertised outside their board. They were ok. I had better donuts.
Staff at the counter, no customer service at all. Asking us “How many your getting?” Like…we don’t know yet because it was our first time coming here. Trying to look what his name was but the receipt says Melissa R. So it was definitely not her. He didn’t give us a time to look and kind of rushing us. I have to ask for the receipt as well. Since he was saying nothing at all. 3 staff’s no greetings, no thank you’s at all. I was just disappointed and will never come back. Not welcoming and PLEASE treat your customers with RESPECT! Period.
If you live nearby, it is better to order online ( so you can choose what kind of donut you like without the staff rushing you) and pick them up ( so you don’t have to interact with the unprofessional attitude ) or order from food delivery apps and better to tip the delivery person.
