Stopped at Subway for a quick meal and it was exactly what we needed. Staff was friendly, line moved fast, and everything looked fresh. Sandwich was made right, veggies were crisp, and bread was soft. It’s a solid, reliable option when you want something quick but still customizable. Nothing over the top, just a good, consistent sandwich experience. Would stop again.

Ordered online. They got my order wrong. They did not add the avocado that I paid extra for. I called and they’re only suggestion was that I drive all the way back so they could add it to my sandwich. Refused any refund even just for the thing they forgot.

Every time we ordered online they always leave out either cheese, meat, or both. This last time has been enough for me as they won’t compensate for their mistakes. I got a bacon chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese. No cheese, no bacon, and like e 3 pieces of chicken. Guess what? They sure as heck did not miss a penny to charge for it tho. Done ordering food here.

So conveniently located!! We stopped on our way home from Fremont, and ordered 6 subs. The staff was highly professional, very efficient, and the experience was fun! They obviously liked their jobs, and worked well together. All of our subs were perfect!! Service with a smile!!!

Love the app when it works, but it only works 50 percent of the time. You walk in the store and they don’t care if the app is working. Such a poor way to run a business. Not working today and we are going somewhere else. Subway loss.

Their online system went down and cancelled our order. When placing the order there, we were unable to get the buy two get one free deal and our meal ended up being $10 more. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because technical difficulties happen, but getting charged $10 more because their system is down is a bit ludicrous.

We were traveling through the area and decided to stop for a couple sandwiches. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ian. He not only made one of the best sandwiches we’ve had from Subway, he did it with a genuine smile. My siblings and I used this Subway to cater an event and they were awesome to work with! I was a little skeptical at first because when I called they didn’t seem to know much info about catering but a couple days later I got a call from someone who answered all of my questions. She was SO helpful! She gave suggestions when I asked and thought of every detail. We ended up having to change our order as more guests RSVPed than we had anticipated and they changed the order with no issues. Everything was exactly how we ordered it changes and all. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We even had help carrying everything out to our car. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this Subway location for catering.
