I believe they have switched to a bottled tomato base sauce instead of their usual signature sauce that I had 2 years ago and that made all the difference to the pizza by lifting the flavor to a whole new level. This sauce was more on the sweeter side, I didn’t like it very much. I ordered a 16” Garden Vegetable pizza that includes complementary garlic oil, banana peppers. One can also ask for condiments like red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese and spice mix sachets.

First, for some reason our pizza was routed to plank rd (15min dr to our house) vs the southpoint location which we live much closer to. Then, the pizza took over an hour to get to us from the time the app said it was “in route”. The pizza arrived cold, cheese was hard and solid. Will be a while until we are ordering from PJ again

I requested well done this pizza was burnt top and bottom. Was supposed to have extra cheese, no extra cheese. It was cold as well. Should have stuck with Brothers pizza across the street. Not worth calling for replacement. Staff are defensive versus helpful. This was a 28$ purchase including cookies. Don’t think i will use this place again.

We did not have a good experience with this location. The delivery driver we had today was very rude. Didn’t even speak to us and when we spoke back al he did was give us a hand gesture as he continued to walk off. It’s like he was mad that he had to come here. And to make it worse, the food was not good. Pizza toppings were sliding all over the place.

Papa John’s at this location is fantastic. I ordered from here on Easter Day expecting the delivery to take at least an hour. The delivery driver made it in less than 25 minutes. He was friendly and quick. The Epic Stuffed pizza was delicious. It was hot and delicious and plenty of cheese. I had the pepperoni and bacon strips. The chicken wings were also really good. No matter what you order, you can’t go wrong with this location.

The pizza at Walmart is better and it’s not even close. This is the worst pizza restaurant I’ve ever been to. The pizzas have almost no sauce on them, barely any cheese and the box has more flavored than the crust. I’m glad I didn’t order thin crust because there wouldn’t have been any crust. 50 bucks in the trash, dog food is more preferable.

I’m giving 2 stars and that’s being generous!! Got 2 pizzas 1 was NOT SEALED!! Got bread sticks and cinnamon pulls. The Works was very sparingly on toppings. The stuffed crust pepperoni tasted terrible!! The girl said on the phone 38 to 40 minutes delivery time after 1 hour I called. Was told by a different girl well delivery time is now 2 to 2 and a half hours. Hello I called an hour ago I’m 8 minutes away from your restaurant! You got me once you will NOT get me again!! Never order pizza from this place!!

I called to order for delivery. 3 large pizzas (cheese, pepperoni, Hawaiian) and they quoted $70 before any additional fees + tip. Seemed a bit outrageous to me but when I went to hang up the call they offered me a discount so with fees, delivery, and tip the total was $70.
Still a bit much so I’m not sure if I’ll order again. I do have to say I ordered a cheesy crust on the Hawaiian and it was delicious!!! I also love that they don’t put too much red sauce on their pizzas.
Again, food was good but in my opinion a bit much in comparison to competitors.
