I’ve been to this location multiple times, the atmosphere, service, and food is amazing. I’ve had burritos and bowls, they were both so good!!! The food quality was so fresh, the associates were so respectful and accommodating, it was a very pleasant experience!!!

I’m mainly doing this review to compare to others.

Delivery:
Came quick after pickup
Through Uber Eats

Barbacoa rice bowl with no beans and a side of chips and quac

As others have posted, the quantity of food has definitely decreased. It used to be a heaping bowl of food even if they put more rice in it but it is definitely half of what you would get. There seems to be enough meat, but it just seems less than what people are accustomed to.

The vegetables were cooked & look completely fresh
The guacamole is green. I was the most worried about that. I was scared it was gonna to be brown based on other posts, but it is definitely green.
Rice: hard, and definitely not fresh! This was a disappointment.
Chips: stale not fresh at all.

The guacamole and chips actually don’t taste like the old guacamole and chips. I could be wrong but this just seems really really extra creamy, not chunky guacamole and it taste like something you get at the grocery store.

I live a mile from the restaurant and the food was cold. I don’t know how long it’s been sitting there but hey, I do live in a mountain town, so it is what it is but yeah it doesn’t taste piping hot

I think this location, or maybe just chipotle in General has gone down. I’m not disappointed but I’m definitely not gonna order delivery anymore. It’s not worth the extra fees for the small amount of food and iffy quality.

I’ve been interested to see what all the fuss is about after seeing the reviews for this location. I finally went today and here’s the verdict from my personal experience:

-portions were great – they seemed pretty normal to all the other chipotle’s I’ve been to. I’m wondering if training new employees due to a new location has played a factor in portion sizes in the past. Also note that due to inflation generally all restaurants are cutting down on portions slightly.
-food was great – pretty much the same as it always is. My only complaint is that the chicken and fajita veggies were cold by the time I sat down to eat. The only thing keeping my bowl somewhat warm was the rice. However, this is not exclusive to this location. Seems to be a general issue with chipotle, hence one less star.
-greens were crisp, salsa tasted fresh, and everything was cooked.
-the employees worked quickly and were very friendly. I came during lunch and everyone had their food very quickly.

Honestly this is a great food option with big bang for your buck when it comes to a full meal in park city. I’m really glad they have this chipotle here. Give it a chance!

My first trip to this location since it opened. Ordered online and food was correct and ready when I arrived. I love the fact they had a pick up window. I did venture inside as a co-worker had to order in line. Service was extremely fast and the site was very clean. The quality of food is as expected from a Chipotle, fresh and hot. No complaints. I’m very happy they have a location up here.

I usually love Chipotle, but this place is HORRIBLY managed. At first I thought it was bc they were a new location, but it’s been months now. They are always out of several items, they are either short staffed or most of the staff is just standing around doing nothing. It is always FILTHY- trash cans overflowing, trash all over the floors and the tables – all while the staff stands around doing nothing. Tonight we could barely even get a cashier. And of course they were out of at least two things I wanted, and trash everywhere.

Jermey was outstanding! He was detailed how he created my salads to go. Just because it’s fast food please don’t underestimate the individuals preparing it. Thank you and I’m so appreciative of the service provided.

How can you mess up my order every time!
Didn’t get any of my sides. I had A pick up from the outside window. The lady handed me my cup and told me to walk inside to fill my drink! Haha isn’t that why I ordered online?
And using the app to complain, they say unfortunately they can’t do anything!
Trash service! Going back to cafe Rio for now on

Received about 1/3 size of regular Chipotle order. Ordered online and did not realize until home. Bowl was not even half full.

Been here twice and have stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting to be acknowledged, while the staff mills around (see picture from today as I stood there, 4/7 staff idle). There was only one (hard working) girl attending customers. Additionally the steak here was of poor quality both times. This Chipotle location is the worst I’ve encountered for food quality and service.

Halfway through my bowl I noticed the chicken was completely raw!!! This is the piece I ate then spit out. I rinsed it with water just to make sure it wasn’t just a piece of fat.
I called my husband and he told me to make a report to the manager in case I got really sick. The manager didn’t even come look at my food or talk to me. An employee was sent to offer me a new bowl but that was a hard pass!! They said if I waited they would refund me. I wasn’t worried about that as much as getting sick, but after sitting for 10 minutes I just left. Some of the other chicken was fully cooked so I would imagine this raw piece got mixed in with the cooked chicken somehow. This sounds like poor food handling.

Also, the music is WAY too loud as other reviewers have mentioned.
