We had an incredible time at Biscuit Batch. Rae was our server and she was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, warm, and highly professional. She gave us fantastic recommendations and truly elevated our dining experience.
The space itself is cozy, spotless, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal.
For drinks, we tried the mimosa, Bourbon My Butter, and the hot chocolate—every single one was perfectly balanced and delicious. For food, we ordered The Nash, Hot Mess, and the Biscuits & Gravy. Every dish was outstanding: rich flavors, perfectly cooked, and truly exquisite.

OMG!! Absolute must try!! I found this place from TikTok and can’t believe it took me so long to try it. It is tucked away in a little shopping plaza so it can be easily missed if just driving by but it is a must stop. The portion sizes alone are insane the chicken breast is as big as your head and bursting with flavor. By far the highest quality kids breakfast meal my two littles have ever had out. The gravy is also 10/10 – I added it on to the Nashville Hot chicken biscuit it perfectly balanced everything out. The service was quick, friendly & accommodating! This meal was worth every penny and I cannot wait to revisit.

This was some of the best food I’ve ever eaten anywhere! My boyfriend and I got the Nash and the Hot Mess and they were delicious. Our server was very friendly and attentive even though it was incredibly busy. Expect some wait time to get a table (our was 30 minutes but was also a Sunday morning and Valentine’s Day weekend) but the wait is absolutely worth it! Great food, people, and atmosphere. Wish we lived closer so we could visit more often!

A true gem in the heart of Spotsylvania County. Consistently excellent every single time, whether we’re dining in or taking it to go. There’s something about this place that feels like a childhood breakfast. Comforting, familiar, and full of memories in the best possible way. It’s the kind of food you keep thinking about long after the plate is empty. Both times I’ve eaten in, I’ve ended up talking with the patrons next to us, which just adds to how homely and special it feels. It’s rare these days to find a place that brings strangers together like that.
As much as they’re known for their biscuits (which are amazing), I have to shamefully admit the pancakes have me in a chokehold. Though the sausage gravy and biscuits deserve just as much love, making it a constant toss-up when ordering. My advice: try multiple plates and share if you can, because choosing a single favorite feels impossible. Thankful we have this option in town now!

I love breakfast so when I was told about biscuits batch. I couldn’t wait to try them out. Walking in and was greeted right away. Nice and quit homely feel. We sat at the bar and our waitress was very friendly. She told us about these blueberry lemon pancakes. So automatically ordered and got the biscuits and sausage gravy with scrambled eggs and American cheese. My cousin got the same with a chicken potpie to go. Man the pancakes was so flavorful with a great taste of butter on the back end of every spoonful. Biscuits and gravy I wanted to eat it for my wife but it made it home to her. Lol when I tasted it the biscuits fluffy and buttery gravy was thick with chunks of sausage nice pepper flavor delicious and filling. Can’t wait to return thank you Biscuits Batch. Oh and I hope you guys come to North Stafford.

I HAVE NEVER HAD BRUNCH THIS AMAZING IN MY LIFE!!!!!! Everything was perfect, the atmosphere, the music, the people (Courtney was our server. Very sweet!). Even the owner came out and greeted patrons. And I know you’re like “well what about the food?” Let me stop you right there…. I’m about to move into the kitchen and live there. STAR PLAYER OF THE DAY; LOADED TOTS!!!! I’ve never had tater tots this amazing. PERFECTION! NO NOTES!!!! So yes the biscuits are great but those TOTS! Next level. I was suppose to be starting my health journey and eating healthier this year… I’ll start another time because I needs to pull up on these tater tots again! ASAP!!! Whew it was amazing. I’m going to be thinking about these tots for the rest of my life.

The best breakfast I’ve had in a very long time. It put (insert local breakfast spot) to shame. I got the biscuits & gravy with a side of bacon, my wife got the sammie. We came with other friends that got french toast, loaded tots (sweet potato and regular), pancakes and eggs benedict. Everything was amazing. Not a thing was off. Will 100% be visiting again.

I have been waiting months for this place to open and finally had the opportunity to come for brunch while traveling for the July holiday. I follow Biscuit Batch on social media and could never make it to their farm market stand.
When we arrived the host told us it would be about a 20 minute wait for a table but we saw seats at the bar so we headed there.
The bartender was busy but gave us menus and took out drink order shortly after. She helped us decide on meals. We got the avocado salad and hot mess. Both were outstanding. I wouldn’t have thought to put avocado and lettuce in a biscuit but everything about it was delicious. Everything was very flavorful and fresh.
The bartender was helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was cheerful and easygoing. Parking was easy. Prices were comparable to other similar restaurants.
We had a great experience. If we lived closer this would be dangerous, I would be here all the time.
