Popeyes has the JUICIEST TASTIEST CHICKEN.You get that SATISFING CRUNCH in every bite you take.From the fries to the red beans and rice & mash potatoes and that warm buttery biscut you have a meal that does not disappoint. Thier chicken sandwiches are very good as well. Just dont forget to order a nice ice cold beverage to wash everything down because they sure have a varity. We recommend the LEMONADES. We also love POPEYES because their hours they stay open late. Great for a mother thats running behind schedule trying to find a place open to grab some quality quick dinner for her and her kids..I LOVE POPEYES. 4 stars because the food was hot and fresh no complaints it tasted delicious. I ordered the strawberry biscuit but I could have probably gone without. The mango strawberry lemonade was really sweet so i just added more water and it was great. I did buy the regular size Mac and cheese which to be honest for 4.49 it’s too much for that little cup. That’s why I gave it 4 stars the Mac and cheese did taste good. Overall I payed about $20 a bit pricey for the meal but again everything was hot and fresh.

The only popeyes to get my business will be on Hartford Ave or in Suisun city where they offer good customer service. The night crew does not want to work and it shows based on the attitude of the manager who took our order at the window.

The drive thru movies quickly. Seems to be a young staff, at times unknowledgable. The food was average. Lastly the prices seem to have went up also. Use the mail coupons for better deals. Customer service was above expectations.

We ordered a large portion of chicken. When I asked for the chicken I asked specifically for legs and thighs the girl responded and acknowledged that she give me only dark meat. The girl then gave us breast meat and wings. We didn’t realize this until about 30 minutes later when we were already set up for a picnic so we didnt go back. The next day I called and spoke with the manager, Damian and Damian was very accommodating and fixed the issue by replacing the breast and wings with the original order of dark meat. Great service here! Damian went above and beyond, thank you!

Super slow service and cold food. There’s really not much to describe here. I must have went during off-peak times or something strange was going on. I don’t drink sugary drinks so they force you to select a premium lemonade for the combo I wanted, when all I really wanted was a Coke Zero. How is that best customer service? That’s actually a cost savings move to allow you to downgrade the drink in the combo I wanted–a really stupid business practice. And why does this place attract suspect clientele? I felt like I was gonna get shot while waiting for my food. Maybe that’s all fast food, I suppose.

Truth be told, they didn’t deserve the one star. I ordered three combos and got two of what I ordered and one of what I didn’t. Went back and they couldn’t understand me when all I said was can I have a number two, the meal I didn’t get the first round, so I pulled up to the window. They told me I had to go back around because they don’t do add on at the window. It wasn’t an add on. I was paying for another meal. Why go back around when I can tell you face to face what I want sense they couldn’t understand me when I was ordering. I’m never going back. I’ll keep my $150 a month I usually spend with them for me and my kids a month.
