I’ve had some decent and awful experiences at this location. They have decent prices, and good coupon deals. However, I do NOT recommend coming at night.
About a week ago I came around 11:30 pm, and it was dead… For some reason, they made me wait for 5 minutes, but I was OK with that. Then they charged me 25¢ for a courtesy water (which I only saw on the bill, and they didn’t mention… Poor form, guys!)
Then, I waited another 10 minutes for my food… which was several items, all of which when I did get them were cold and obviously not freshly made. If I hadn’t been so darn hungry and eager to get home, I’d have demanded they remake it; it truly was atrocious and hardly edible.
Anyway, I doubt I’ll be coming back for a while, based on that poor experience. Maybe in a couple of months.

Service was quick and somewhat pleasant. The cashier was outgoing and nice. He tried to get us a deal on the one sandwich but the angry looking manager vetoed his idea. Food tasted good and hot. Restaurant was rundown. There were no other customers in the store and yet all the tables were sticky or full of crumbs. The self-serve soda tower was very sticky and didn’t look like it has been wiped down all day. We were afraid to go to the bathrooms and decided to wait until we got home.
We will not be back to this store. We’ve been there before, just in drive-thru. No need to ever go inside! It wasn’t that they were short staffed. We saw at least 4-6 employees there. Someone could’ve been cleaning.

They may be slow sometimes but my food is always hot, and good. Love the strawberry shakes, and the croissant sandwiches served at breakfast. This is one place I’ve never gotten food poisoning from which is better than I can say about McDonalds crap food. fast service = food poisoning. Where slower service = fresh hot food that’s not gonna make me sick. Thank you BK for taking time to make my food good for me, and not letting it sit for hours to make me sick. Greatly appreciated.

Honestly, this is the WORST BK I’ve ever been to. I worked at a Burger King three years ago and I thought that one was bad but I was wrong. Every single time I’ve come to this one, they mess up my order somehow. Today I went in, and there were two people at the register. I couldn’t tell if they were new employees being trained or if they were just idiots, but they didn’t know what they were doing. The computer menu isn’t linked up to the menu board, so they gave me the wrong food. I had to go back up and ask for what I ordered, and they still managed to screw that sandwich up too, as if they don’t know what things go on what sandwich. AND THEN, an employees daughter came in, and the employee started YELLING at her daughter. Like what even? Plus there’s always people high as a kite around here.

We came in around 11:30 for a few hamburgers. We ordered 4 dollar menu items. The restaurant wasn’t even crowded but the service was terrible. There weren’t enough workers behind the counter, and two of the workers were flirting with another customer at the cashier instead of working. There was a customer in the store without shoes and the management did nothing. We waited for over half an hour and they still hadn’t started making our food. The server was rude and uncooperative when we asked for a refund. We left without getting our food after a ridiculous wait and terrible service. Definitely won’t be returning.

The food is fine usually and the workers are nice but you’re looking at a long wait. It’s not unusual to spend 10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru, even when it’s not busy. If you have time, this location is fine but don’t stop by when you’re in a hurry.

Terrible customer service, the employee insulted me. I didn’t ask for his opinion but he sure gave it to me anyway. I come here often, but the last several months, they’ve been out of something, got my order wrong, were slow, or forgot to send napkins in the bag. They will no longer be getting my business, being insulted by an employee was the last straw.

The food quality and service here just don’t line up with what you get at most Burger King locations. I don’t expect 5 star dining here, but the last couple times I have been here I have definitely been less than satisfied. Poor service and below average food quality, even for a fast food joint.

Wow can I say WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! Went in for Dinner, They had 2 people in the drive thru and me in the store and it took them 10 mins to take my order because they couldnt manage the drive thru and the front. Then when I finally got my food, the Steakhouse King burger had liteally the crumbs of the french onion on it and then 2 patties and cheese, the whopper junior was gross, the lettuce was brown and the bun was really hard. The store itself didnt have any clean tables and the floor looks like it hasnt been sweep in weeks. Really gross, will never be going back to the Springville, Utah location EVER!!

It was a long day and I was in a rotten mood. I was even more upset about having to order fast food so late. And then it happened… the teller at the drive through (Veronica) was incredibly upbeat and helpful. She promoted the sauces and actually got me excited about eating fast food chicken nuggets. She went the extra mile and demonstrated enthusiasm for her work and was relatable… all under 2 minutes. The fact that the meal turned out superb is only icing on the cake. Kudos to the guys at this site.
