Drive from salisbury to this bojangles. It is our preferred location. The manager is the sweetest guy. The biscuits at this location are clearly diffrent, in the best way. Never had a wrong order. All the staff are friendly. I know its a fast food resturant but it really feels like family when you pull up.

This appears to be a new restaurant and looked rather clean. They have a robot take your order and yet it never repeats your order back. The screen displayed only 1 of the 3 items that I ordered so there was a bit of confusion due to the price shown on the screen not adding up to what I had ordered. Though my order was correct, the quality of the food lacked big time. I had a bacon and cheese biscuit and two Bo-Berrys and all three biscuits hurt my mouth due to the texture. This trip was at 9:30 in the morning and it’s like the biscuits had been sitting out since last night. This seems to be the new norm with all Bojangles. There are very few around that still serve that “southern style” in their food.

The manager that was on duty, African American low haircut and medium build is very rude and unprofessional. I have tried to give this Bojangles multiple chances to improve their customer service but unfortunately the customer service here sucks. The staff are all young, hair and braids slinging everywhere, no type of professionalism at all. Also if something is out the robot speaker should know instead letting us place the order then get to the window to be informed it’s out! You all will not be getting anymore of my money ever!

I can’t be upset with anyone but the owner of this place. Came here an hour before closing and was told that they didn’t have anything other than what I ordered. I received two half breaded tenders and old fries. Unacceptable.

Service was a little slower as far as being at the window to greet the customer at the window when I pulled up – but a contributing factor could be because we were waiting for fresh nuggets and it seemed like workers were doing their best to juggle multiple demands. Maybe short staffed that day? Anyway, the drive thru line was fast and easy. The cashier was polite, respectful and apologized about the wait, but it was no issue for us!! Overall a great experience.

On drive thru waiting 16 minutes for a chicken sandwich. They could have told me they didn’t have any chicken made so I would have ordered something else. I go inside and all the big dude in the drive thru can say with an attitude is “is coming sir”.
