AtOx 9, we strictly follow the traditional production processes, from ingredients selection to the pulling craft. Despite the many difficulties in starting up the restaurant.The taste of our products became increasingly recognized by mainstream customers and was finally featured on the cover page of Michelin magazine in 2018. I stopped by Ox 9 Noodles while in a hurry and needed something quick to-go for lunch — and they delivered! We drove up, scanned the QR code on the counter, placed the order, and in less than 10 minutes I was walking out with my food. Talk about fast service — but definitely not “fast food” quality!
Braised Beef Stew Noodles: The beef was incredibly tender and exactly what I was craving. At first, the broth tasted a bit salty, but once everything was mixed together, it was just right. I added extra stewed beef for $7, and it was absolutely worth it!
Juicy Pork Burger: So glad I ordered this too — it paired perfectly with the leftover beef broth. The pork was juicy, flavorful, and just salty enough to balance the flatbread (which I learned is called rou jia mo or bai ji mo). Delicious!
Service was quick and friendly — the lady at the counter was warm and helpful. I’ll definitely be back for another bowl (and another pork or cumin beef burger)!

Incredible authentic Lanzhou Noodles! I got the Lanzhou hand pulled noodles, the braised beef with Chinese pickle noodles, and the lamb skewers.
Everything, including the service, was excellent. The noodles had the perfect thickness and chew, and the broth was light, savory, and clearly made without MSG. Portions are generous, a satisfying amount of meat, bokchoy, and radish provided. It was hearty and comforting, the kind of bowl that cures the soul. The lamb skewers were also great, would recommend. Well seasoned with cumin and a great mix of fatty and lean pieces.

I ordered the beef chow mein and it was FANTASTIC. The beef was incredibly flavorful and tender. The noodles were perfect. Definetly will come back again. The service was wonderful I was never out of water. The thai tea was good as expected. The pork bao was good and wonderful not too chewy texture.

Pros: i have tried multiple noodle products, they are authentic even from a Chinese and a foodie.
Cons: besides food and service, others are pretty plain. Price is a little higher but still acceptable considering its food quality.

This restaurant can get super crowded and busy but we were able to make a reservation for 6 with ease. Our table wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but that’s ok. We didn’t have to wait too long. Ordering is done through a QR code on your phone and everything arrived quickly and accurately.
Food was delicious. My favorites were the Chili Oil Noodles and the Spicy Wontons. Everything else was still tasty though! Servers were attentive and great. Thanks for the great lunch!

Excellent food in a modern and bright setting with friendly staff and excellent service. The “burgers” are so good! And the skewers were great. So funny to have corn on skewers. A bit salty but pretty good. Garlic cucumbers were so refreshing! It’s a must to go with the skewers to rinse your palette.
Noodles have a very good consistency. A bit bouncy and tastes very good.

Visiting from Texas for a business trip. I Had a long day at work and needed to do laundry for my trip back home. I didn’t get a chance to eat all day. I stopped by Ox9 and ordered the Crispy lamb chops. The cashier who helped me was so sweet and helpful. I am so glad I got to stop here. The lamb chops were amazing!!! Amazing taste and very comforting food. The spicy is just perfect not too spicy but also not too weak. The broth in the soup is also extremely flavorful.
