I go every day to Starbucks to get my drink. Only complaint is I order extra carmal and whip cream and at times I don’t get extra carmal.the one at the mills is one of the girls has a big attitude problem when I order my drink. But the drinks are great

I order the same drink every Starbucks (iced white mocha, sweet cream foam, and extra Carmel drizzle). This Starbucks does not make it right ( one girl one time made it right. So I asked for and extra shot of expresso since it taste like milk, I was told I had to pay for it. They offered to remake it, so I agree they again make it wrong. I say to them this is not how any other Starbucks makes it. She told me some Starbucks make it custom to the person, I explained I do not get it customized.
Needless to say I will not be returning if I have to pay for extra because they do not make it right.
