The cheesesteak here is absolutely outstanding. And the strawberry drink? Packed with real strawberries and unbelievably good. There’s a Charlie’s Cheesesteak in Canada, but this place is on a whole different level. I literally crossed the border to Buffalo just to eat this sandwich — and it was totally worth it. Highly recommend!

Food was good!! I think my food may have taken a bit because I was waiting for my 20pc boneless chicken teriyaki wings, with bleu cheese and it may have taken like 15-18mins (however they did mention it will take a bit, and they seemed busy). The guy who was serving the food didn’t look too happy and he didn’t want to be there. The lady who took our order was really nice! Absolutely disgusting customer service. The cashier was rude, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. While I was standing right there, she was whispering behind my back and accusing me of having an attitude — when I did not say a single word to her other than my order.
That kind of behavior is childish and unacceptable. If you can’t handle doing your job without talking trash about customers, you should not be working the front counter. There was zero provocation on my end, yet I was treated like a problem for no reason.
I don’t care how good the food is — an employee who openly disrespects customers ruins the entire experience. Management clearly allows this behavior, or it wouldn’t be happening. Save your money and go somewhere you’ll actually be treated with basic human decency.

This was my first time ordering and eating at Charley’s and this food was HORRIBLE. This order came to $51.00 it’s definitely not worth the money. I asked for extra mayo they snapped a lot of mayo one one side of the sandwich, the fries was dark I wouldn’t order from Charley’s ever again. I would like a refund. The photos are two different sandwich’s and fries. HORRIBLE

I came to the location to redeem my rewards on my lunch break. Only to be told by the girl running the register that “ it’s not working and she doesn’t know how to make it work, she just works there.”
After I waited to click redeem right in front of her. So I wasted my lunch break coming here, complete waste of time. 2 other men working, no one could help. Must see Manager “ Jay “.

I visited Charley’s Philly Steaks in Buffalo and tried their chicken cheesesteak. The taste was really good and definitely worth trying! I really miss having it here in Toronto, but overall, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely stop by again on my next visit to the USA.

Wanted to try something different since we aren’t from around here. Noticed there was a long line, so we figured it must be good food compared to what the food court has to offer. We ordered the bacon 3 and pepperoni steak sandwiches along with cheesy fries and bacon and cheese fries. We were given our fries first, which was rather silly as by the time we got our food they were cold. They had messed up our order and ended up having to remake our sandwiches again. The food was very salty and had no flavor at all. Wasn’t really worth the cost. When they had passed us our food, they didn’t even tell us what was what. There was also a woman on her phone texting while preparing and handling the fries. Not very sanatary. Won’t be returning.

We visited on the Saturday and tried the deal for chicken Philly Sandwich and fries for $5.5.
The lines were rather long, took about 10 minutes till the attendant took the order. It was prepared in 10 minutes.
The food tasted bland, the sandwiches and the fries were not great but edible.
Overall, it was an acceptable experience but don’t think i will try this branche’s sandwiches or fries again.

Food: 4.5/5 for what it is. I got the chicken Philly cheesesteak and loved it. It’s such a simple sandwich but tastes so good and I’m a sucker for sandwiches.
Service: 4/5 fast, but long lines, so still took some time.

Worst customer service. The old man taking our order yelled at us while listing the drinks and food, as if we weren’t paying customers. I love the food, but when the customer service is terrible, it instantly becomes a place you don’t want to eat at again because of that experience.
