We’ve been gong here long time. I was thrilled when one opened up on Pines Road – soooo much easier to get to ( and more often!).
The employees are just awesome!! Always friendly, always helpful.
The food is delish ! I’ve never had an issue with it being old and dry, it’s always fresh and hot.
The dining room is kept clean and a good selection of self serve drinks.
It’s easy enough to get to – on Youree and Kind, in the Kings Crossing plaza parking lot ( maybe to be more accurate, right on front of it). But it does connect.

Guy in the window gave me an attitude because I asked for fresh food. Makes the comment “food is always fresh maam” then proceeds to give me unfresh food. Dry and it taste like it’s been sitting all day! Very dissatisfied!

The manager was very dismissive about the portion of meat that was with meal. She said that the meat portion was correct and that was how it would be from now on. Mostly vegetables and raw big hunks at best. We won’t be back anytime soon because there are too many restaurants in town

Always somthing wrong with this place. Wife got 4 pieces of meat in on little scoop. Noodles were crispy. Out of soy sauce. Soda machine dont work right. Use to be a great place. I won’t be back. Good luck staying in bussiness.

I was told it would take 40 minutes for them to cook the white rice…Not sure if that is normal or not or they just weren’t in the mood to cook it plus the rangoons were hard . I waited for 12 minutes for my order at the drive through speaker just for the employee to be angry that I was in the drive through. I ordered a plate with double walnut shrimp as the entrees and was given four pieces of shrimp. This location doesn’t even deserve one star.

My wife in I went to this location on 10/02/2025, all of the employees were sitting out in the lounge laughing, talking loud and very unprofessional. one or two were running around going in and out of the front door talking to a friend who was sitting out in the car. We (my wife and I) usually eat out every day and at Panda Express twice a week spending more than 25-30 dollars each visit. We had stop coming to this location because of an unprofessional atmosphere. It was around 3:39pm, we were stared at as we walked in, the employees were laughing making my wife and I feel that they were laughing at us. The lady along with others were sitting down in the lounge and didn’t show any urgency on getting up and helping us. No one washed their hands after getting up. The food was dry and not clean around the pan, food had falling or were hanging off on the side. The chow mein had lots of oil or water in the pan. I asked the lady what all of the water in the pan was. The food had been sitting there for a long time without being stir. I am very disappointed in the service, the I don’t care attitude, the unfriendly demeanor. I will never return back to this place and/ or location. Now I understand why this location has a 3.7 rating.

I hate when bad employees ruin my favorite restaurants i ordered a family meal on the app (on the app bc im a loyal customer that wants my points). I got orange chicken and beef and broccoli. The beef and broccoli tasted like socks and basement. It was awful! But I didnt think id be projectile vomiting and my kids would be running fevers from it! So yes we are sick with food poisoning and unfortunately I can never eat here again because of this :/

We ordered online. Was spose to be ready by 735 pm. Had to go through the drive thru to let them know I ordered food bc no employees would acknowledge me outside when I tried to tell them. Then they had me park til 820 pm. I get to my husband and they forgot his drink I called drove back over picked up his Dr pepper. The entire time. I say and took pictures of people drive up order and get their food and drive off. Over 30 vehicles. I will be contacting corporate in Dallas and showing all of my pictures. Our food was cold and I drove across street to eat at sams club parking lot. Will never go back to this panda express. Not sure who owns this one. But you definitely need to get this location and manager under control had over 5 employees and i watched them not answer phone, door and looked right past people. I will explain but not here.
