Best pizza place in Makawao. There’s that food truck by Longs which is just ok, also Magic Oven in Haiku, but this one wins hands down for delicious, fresh quality ingredients and price. Also, they have burgers!! Next time.

I’ve had decent pizza here, BUT today when I picked up my pizza 2 minutes before it was time to be picked up, it was barely warm, the crust was thick and like cardboard. When I described my experience to the manager by email and then phone, his response was that he was sorry but they had been very busy and this problem didn’t happen very often. And that was it!! Excuse me, but that doesn’t solve anything for me. Poor customer service for sure. I won’t go back.

Always happy with Pizza Fresh. Not only is it close to home but it’s always ready and fresh when they say, easy ordering online or by phone, great flavor combinations and the garlic sticks are so cheesy and good. Great service every time I pick up my pizza, salads, and sides!

Pretty good pizza. Not in my top 5 but pretty good. The service was great but very limited seating. I only had the pepperoni pizza and didn’t try their wings or sandwiches. Would recommend, though.

I ordered 2 pizzas Friday night before they closed. They took the order and we paid for 2 pizzas. We came back to pick the pizzas up and they were closed. We did not receive a courtesy call to come and pick up. We had to go to Foodland and buy more frozen pizza to feed my kids. They called the next day to say they put our pizzas in the Fridge and could come pick them up. Not exactly Pizza Fresh. I called them today (Sunday) and they told me they will not reimburse my money, and that our pizzas are still in the fridge. The lady I spoke with informed me that the OWNER said not to reimburse me. I’ve owned a business for 25 years and the first thing I do if there is a problem with a client is make it right to them so they come back and buy my products. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Anyways, super bummed on this whole transaction. Won’t be going back to Pizza Fresh.
