Used to love coming here in 2015-2018! Loved the happy hour and cheese was 8.50 a person. Went there last weekend and it was so expensive ! We waited 35 mins for drinks and had to keep asking random workers to check on the drinks. The waitress didn’t even apologize. Every other table around was getting service quickly just not us. They don’t even accept the DIP rewards anymore. Love the place just didn’t like to wait 35 plus minutes for one drink. Drinks also were watered down. Disappointed bc this place was my favorite

Missed this place back from Texas!

Foods great as usual, everything was spaced out great, we never felt rushed at all. the lighting and atmosphere was also very nice and cozy. I would definitely pick the private booth next time because they looked so cool!

Your first time I would definitely get the full 4 course, as someone whos been a few times i would probably only do the cheese and the chocolate in the future. the meats are great but its not as amazing as the other 2 and i could do without the salad. Portions are on the small side, your paying for flavor not quantity, so don’t come after a week long fast or anything as your first meal.

Yes, the price is high, but its 4 courses and your really paying for the experience. I don’t know if this is a one and done place but its totally not on my more than a few times a year roster.

Server was great, attentive and kind wish i remembered his name!

I’m sure many enjoy that its very open to all ages, but I would highly recommend for the sake of others and yourself and a potential accident that you do not bring your young children to this. there’s hot boilers on the table, sharp objects and raw meat.

Will go again, just not for awhile! highly recommended if you’ve never gone.

I had such a great experience at The Melting Pot! Our server Mariah was absolutely amazing — super friendly, personable and made the whole meal so much fun. She checked on us often without being overbearing and really made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she enjoys her job and cares about giving great service.

The food was delicious, but her service truly made the night special. I’d definitely come back again because of her! Highly recommend.

We came in as a party of 3 with a newborn baby. There were very accommodating for our seating. I asked for a more discrete table because I breastfeed and they did a great job with that! Our waiter Jaquar was amazing! He was very personable and professional!! This was our first outing as new parents and it was a great experience.! The food was amazing, of course a little high priced but it was well worth it! We will definitely be going back and requesting Jaquar as a waiter!

After being sat and served drinks (water and a soda) we were waiting for our waiter (who was very nice) to return to the table and take our order…. The bowl/lid on our fondue pot blew off and spat boiling water all over the table. I was there with my wife and 3 year old son. Luckily neither of them got splashed, but I did on my hand and forearm. I did not incur serious injury… but it definitely did not feel good. The waiter was horrified when we told him what happened and immediately got the manager. The manager then proceeded to tell me that it had never happened before and seemed to be insinuating we were lying about it. She returned with another member of management who then insisted that it must have been water underneath the entire pot and that it was impossible for the lid itself would to pop off the way it did. I told him that was ridiculous…. There was a small puddle surrounding the entire hot plate and water droplets past the puddle all the way to the edge of the table on the side I was on. There is no way water trapped under a pot on a red hot surface wouldn’t evaporate and instead cause that much wetness on the table… he then reiterated it was impossible the water came from the inside of the pot. Then they turned the heat back on (we had turned it off after the water explosion). I asked to at least be sat at a different table and the 2 managers acted like that was some sort of ridiculous request and left to look for a different table (WE then turned the heat off again on the hot plate). They returned about 5 minutes later and said they had another table prepared for us but after discussing it with my wife while waiting for a different table we decided that the safety of our toddler was much more important than fondue. Obviously this is not a common occurrence or this place would be sued into oblivion… but I would recommend people think twice before coming to this restaurant. Honestly the behavior of the two managers led me to write this as much as the incident itself. The more I thought about it (while we were eating at a different restaurant) the more furious about the whole event I became. I wish I had put up more of a fuss about it than I did. To have boiling water droplets and steam flung on my arm and hand is not something I ever expected to worry about at a chain (or any other) restaurant. To then be treated like I was a liar by the management after having that happen …. Just wow.

My boyfriend and I visited for the first time this weekend ans had a great time! Our waiter, Justin, was very informative and lively. He helped us understand the menu and made me feel much more confident with cooking my food, which was delicious! We will definitely be returning in the future, especially for the chocolate fondue!

Overall a disappointing experience. Paid $90-100 per person for a mediocre 4 course meal. Our reservation was at 5:15. We arrived about 10 minutes late and we didn’t leave our table till 815. Not sure what prep they need to do in the kitchen since most cooking we had to do at the table.

Service was ok. I ran out of my drink during dessert and our server was MIA. Another hostess offered to get us water. We were ready to leave and wanted to cash out so we ask another person to take our checks. I would not be returning. I also did not like nor understand the concept of boiling expensive cut meat. I would say I did like that the zoo and the cheese dip in the beginning.

First, I must say that we are beyond excited that this location has reopened!

From start to finish, our visit to The Melting Pot was outstanding! The atmosphere was cozy and romantic—perfect for a date night or special celebration. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. You can really feel the teamwork and positive energy throughout the entire restaurant.

Our server was incredible—attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole fondue experience fun and easy to enjoy. The food was phenomenal! Each course—from the creamy cheese fondue to the fresh salads, the perfectly seasoned entrées, and the decadent chocolate dessert—was delicious and beautifully presented.

The attention to detail, service, and overall experience were top-notch. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit!
