I order on Uber Eats all the time I ask for condiments and I am never charged for it .I was charged $3 for this tiny syrup the eggs was messy and cold plus I didn’t get my homefries included I paid $21 for this basic meal . I placed a similar order 2 months ago and I asked for almond milk in my small ice coffee and they charged me $4 for a sprinkle of milk . This place needs better management and they must stop charging nonsense $3-4 for a small condiment.

What was once a five star bagel now became a zero star experience and a dis taste for bagels as a whole and for the people who work in the business of it. I was basically bantered and chased out of the bagel shop for taking a video of the cream cheese for my beloved partner who’s never been to the East Coast, or experienced East Coast bagels.
I was told to shut off the camera no pictures or videos taken as some ploy of power from the owner to tout his dominance in the space. he proceeds to yell at me to get out, never come back just because I told him -no video no business (How do you ever expect to have word pass around about your business or have good reviews with photos and videos for business marketing If no one can take picture / video, I’m pretty sure I was on the bagel Nosh Yelp before I went there to look at pictures of the interior on yelp like the absolute absurdity of this Makes me laugh.. follows me to my car. He takes a picture of my license plate and tells me next time he’ll call the police all because I wanted to share my love for his bagel shop and for East Coast bagel culture with my partner who lives over 2000 miles away. Such a disgrace and lost business from someone who’s been buying bagels for them and has loved their shop for years. A great reminder to check yourself and really think about who you might be talking to. I have no problem writing a Poor interview for a terrible business owner in hopes no one gives them their business anymore either. Also a good reminder to always get to know the business and who you’re giving your money to you before you do.

Pretty good bagel shop and deli.
This used to be Bakin Bagels, but changed ownership a few months back. The prices are good and the bagels are good. I havent tried the sandwiches yet under this new management, so i will have to try it next time.
I visited around 2pm, so a bit late in the day. Most of the different types bagels were gathered into just 1 bin. Not exactly sure why. The parking lot was empty, so it was easy parking. No other customers, so i got helped immediatly, no wait time. The price for 4 bagels was $5, so i think that is pretty good.
It was clean inside and the employee was friendly and service was fast.
The look of the bagels were good, not great. Holding the bagels i could tell they were a bit old, (on the slightly hard side but not too hard)… which is partly my fault for visiting late in the day. Cutting into the bagels revealed a nice, soft texture inside. Both the plain and cinnamon raisin bagels tasted ok/good.. but not super amazing delicious.
So if you are in Bergenfield and dont want to drive 10 mins for something better, then this is good.
However, a 10 min drive to Cresskill Hot Bagels in cresskill or 10 mins to Teaneck Hot Bagels will give you some of the best tasting stuff in NJ! Similarly a roughly 14 min drive to Manhatten Bagels in Englewood NJ is equally yummy as Cresskill Hot Bagels.

I am NEVER disappointed when I come here. The people who work here are so nice and treat you like family. I enjoy everything I eat here, whether it’s a bagel, a sandwich, platter, etc. I do not live in the area, but I always make a point to stop here when I am in town.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. The staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful from the moment I walked in with my friends, drawn in by the cute interior don’t be fooled. it’s all aesthetics and no substance. When I tried to order a turkey, egg, and cheese sandwich, I asked if the egg could be cooked separately due to a pork allergy. The person I spoke with flatly refused, stating they didn’t have time to clean for me. When I suggested using a different pot, I was met with a simple ‘no’ and complete indifference. To top it off, as I was entering, another customer was leaving and mentioned they had been throwing up because of something in their food. The complete lack of consideration and disregard for basic customer service is appalling. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this place.

Dont listen to directions ♂️The store Wants to charge me extra for jalapeños and onions and doesn’t even add them on the sandwich. I also asked for a sesame bagel and got a plain bagel ♂️ Then I Asked for toasted bagel and got my bagel back all cold non toasted man this store is a joke and won’t care to get your order right highly advise avoiding this store

I been in Bergenfield since 2021 and had searched at least 5+ Bagel spots. This is my spot, they are consistent and make a variety of lighter or darker bagels. The family that owns it adds value through their kindness and sometimes involve you in their marital diaglouge that is funny lol
Pros: Good fresh consistent bagels and they answer the phone for call aheads (even for one bagel). Great customer service from the team and they are earnest to provide a great experience!
Cons: parking, it’s usually busy but just wait til someone pulls off or use the side parking lot.

Best experience at this hidden gem! The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the menu is great! Best everything in town. Each dish is a masterpiece no matter how small it may seem. Fresh bagel everyday. Trust me, a visit to this spot is not just a meal. Don’t miss the chance to try this place that’s above all the ordinary places in town. Had a buddy that even took their bagel to a competition in NY and won.

Best breakfast sandwich in the area! Ive been to every bagel place within miles, and I enjoy their food the most. Always consistent. The staff is always so nice. Food is made fast. Best tasting bacon and egg. A lot of there places, I always taste the grill in my food. This place is clean and the bacon always taste fresh. Especially the guy at the counter. Has a serious face (probably cause he’s busy all the time) buy the nicest guy! Blonde woman in the grill very nice. Everyone is great there.
