The one single manager there was absolutely wonderful! Very thoughtful and understanding.
As someone who’s worked in the pizza business I absolutely can relate to the pain of being all alone and having 20+ orders all at once
I loved the worker at this store
Sadly I absolutely hate the evil corporate ghouls who make their best people work alone with no support.
They are even more under staffed during the evenings proportionally, and I know it is not because people don’t want to work. It is because the companies over work and under pay their staff.
Love the workers at this Papa Johns
I hate the district manager and their supervisors who l know are terrible bosses
Give all your workers a raise, and get this man some help!

So with us trying papa johns again we are on the border line cause we spent a lot for food and some was good and other parts didn’t really tell us they was any better for us cause the boneless wings where not as great as they should be very little to no sauce on them for 175 dollars and change. Our pizzas and wings should have been a lot better

I had better pizza from dominoes dumpster. And it was free. true story. Papa John’s manager said they would give me 2 free pizzas after taking 2 hours for a Wednesday delivery and I didn’t complain. That pizza was undercooked and cold once we got it. We were so hungry but couldn’t eat it. I called the next week and they wouldn’t give me any free pizzas even though I have the managers voicemail telling me about the free pizzas they would give me. Nope! they hung up on me. True story. Dominoes dumpster is at least 3x better pizza cause they cook it all the way. Plus it’s not a lie.

I’d like to be able to order online and click “pay at store” but there is no option for this. You have to either order by debit or credit card to get the online specials OR call & get their Call Center to get the “specials price”. The staff at Canton store are cordial and hardworking. It’s just the ordering system that needs to be tweaked. Great pizza!!

This papa John’s is under new management and is much improved. The pizzas I ordered were excellent, plenty of toppings and cheese. And the manager is the nicest guy. We will definitely be back!

Papa John’s Pizza has always been my go-to place to eat. I have always loved their pizza. I don’t know what makes their dough pizza process different from other pizza places, but if I had to choose my go-to place to eat pizza, it’s definitely this place. I haven’t tried other items yet, so I can not give my review on them, but pizza, service and atmosphere 5 stars.

I have ordered pizza from this location countless times. And it’s always at least a 40 minute wait. This time I have been waiting 1 and a half hours. I called the store and spoke with the manager. This manager had the most terrible customer service out of manager I’ve experienced. TERRIBLE. On the other hand. Drivers are always friendly and full of personality. This store needs a new manager Pronto. Finally got my order after 2 hours. May I add I live not even 5 minutes from this restaurant

I’ve never had any problems with this Papa Johns. I’ve never had a delivery because of where I live. It’s too far out. I usually go in and order and rum an errand then come back to pick up. It’s always ready nice and hot. I love Papa Johns if you have to eat it later. It’s the only pizza that tastes great reheated.
