Was really craving some Mexican food on my lunch break and needed it to be halal. Found this place and gave it a try i let the know the person on the phone that it’ll be my first time (hoping they make the food well). Gave the girl a tip during pickup too. The beans tasted like it was from a can and had a from the can chemical smell. The chicken quesedilla and enchiladas had zero tomatoes/greens. It looked like caramelized old onions only in there. Chicken looked old too. Mexican food is my fave and this would be the first time throwing my food away sadly. It takes alot to give a 1 star/negative review for me but this was very disappointing.

Limited options open on New Year’s Day. I’ve tried the 17 mile location many years ago. Let me start off by saying this is not even close to authentic. I knew that but my son wanted street tacos. I know remember why I never went back years ago.
All of the salsa options are flavorless and taste like canned Sodium filled junk!
Ground beef burrito with cheese, rice, lettuce. I took one bite of the burrito & tasted a rubber hard piece. It looked like a leaf of some form. I can’t even describe what the burrito tasted like, it was that bad. I gave it one more chance because I was hungry and took another bite. I couldn’t even eat it. The taste was so off. Lettuce was soggy, stringy, not chopped up and old. Rice was dried, like it had been reheated multiple times. Greasy garbage ground beef. Typically can’t go wrong with ground beef, but the beef had to be lowest grade of beef and old. I tossed out after.
Carne asada Tacos – my son took a few bites. Both times spitting it back out. Hard & chewy. No flavor. He would eat them. I threw all the food out.
Cheese cake – only thing that was good/edible out of the order.
I really don’t know how this place gets business. Taco Bell is a better option and that’s not authentic.

The have probably the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had . The chorizo and egg is my main go to hear , but the street tacos are also a good selection for lunch .
BBQ quesadila is pretty tastee too but not super authentic if you’re going for that vibe. Prices are also fairly cheap vs the competition. I’ve never eaten inside and always get it delivered so it probably tastes even better at the restaurant.

First, it’s cold in here! In the 60s, I would guess. It’s August. The A/C is doing some overtime. Glad I’m not paying the electric bill.
I could’ve talked with the woman behind the counter all day. She was fun.
The chips are unusual, deep-fried. Very crunchy but they did clump together. The salsa won’t scare anyone, quite mild.
Decided on a street taco combo with chorizo as my meat choice. No real complaints here. But, not as spicy as I’m used to with chorizo.

Overall zero out of 1000. Absolutely Terrible food! I am extremely disappointed. The food all seemed to be premade before purchase. Lik( like processed packaged etc) Not at all authentic Mexican or street food worthy. Even the beans were canned it was so obvious. The chicken in my mom’s bowl was literally prepared hours earlier as the edges had turned into chicken jerky already. The birria meat was absolutely gross never tasted such bland roast before. The quaso was canned nacho cheese NEVER again. Would truly like a refund also. The 40$ we spent was just thrown in the trash. Would 10/10 not recommend as I’ve had many great places nearby. This was a trip I wish I could take back

Excellent! We will definitely go back. I really enjoyed the nachos and the guacamole was amazing. This is the only location we’ve been too but I’m sure they all are wonderful! Very authentic!

This food is terrible they gave me a plate that looks like county food. The management’s are horrible it smells like nail polish as soon as you walk through the door. And bug spray. Workers are snotty all they do is ask for payment and share a tip screen. Calling the city why are they still open.

Authentic Mexican food!! My family and I frequently order from Amigos! We visit both locations in Warren and Sterling Heights! The birria tacos are excellent! Staff are welcoming and friendly. This location has ample parking and a large, clean dining room.

I just received a steak burrito from here. I have came here twice. This time the burrito was very very good and they gave me a lot of food. I would come back again. Thank you very much and have a wonderful day
