What a great experience. I’m starting to say that a lot. But Emily and Katie and the store manager Heather were so Friendly . I asked them about their favorites. They gave me some great suggestions, and I decided to get two subs instead of one. Hassle free zone. Four twenty recommended !

Very very rude lady working the counter. I placed an online order and she was making it when I arrived. She piled on the lettuce when I ordered lite lettuce..she huffed when I pointed it out. She mumbled “that is why I hate when people come in when I make online orders” my reply was “then make the sandwich as I ordered it”… but any other time Theresa is the one who makes them correctly.

My gf and i stoped in before work on august first around 10:30am for lunch . We were welcomed in but then soon after she was rushing us to order. My gf wanted to go first because she is vegan and didn’t want my meat to be on the knife. As she tries to tell the worker that she wants to go first because she can’t have meat or cheese. She cuts her off mid sentence and goes “ uhhhh okay what bread?” And repeats it again. As she makes the rudest face I’ve ever seen. Me and my gf were shocked that she literally just rolled her eyes and was cutting us off and rushing us. Worst customer service ever. left right after her rude attitude!

Super fast service with only 2 employees working. Not only at peek business hour but waaaaay over busy. AWESOME JOB LADIES!! Not only did they get everyone in and out within 5min. But they were so damn accurate!

I typically have no issue with this subway but decided to do my first subway pick up order. Like any other place since you paid on the app I figured you pick up like every other place but instead of the older woman on shift at 11am on Saturday May 16th Yelled out “Can you come back here please!!!” as if I was stealing and would not tell me what was wrong until I came back to the register. Super condescending in front of the other customers. All she had to do was tell me she needed me to sign the receipt. Completely unnecessary. Also why does the company have customers signing right now and using the same pen when we’re trying to avoid contact.
