Reviews are going the wrong way owner…So I’ve worked in the restaurant busy for a long time so you do what you have to do to make the customer happy. Detroit style pizza was 7 out of 10. Ordered Greek salad which sounded good why beets aren’t an option I don’t know. Looking at my salad in the car there was not feta really? Greek salad no feta there is a store across the street to buy feta . The fact that I had to look for feta and walk back in is not cool. Why not offer a different salad or tell me so I didn’t half to walk back in? I was offered Parmesan lol but was told extra cucumbers and tomatoes were added so I couldn’t see lack of feta. Salad was soaking wet as well. Ordered lite onions and it was covered .

We ordered a pizza for pick up. They didn’t answer the phone or update the app for an ETA. So after 2hrs we decided to go in. After waiting there surrounded by 8 other people waiting were were told since we didn’t pick up the pizza so they didn’t make it. We tried calling and contacting Hungry Howies corporate but no help. I find it a little odd that we were blamed for not picking up a pizza that “hasn’t been made yet”. We lucky got our money back! Highly recommend not eating or ordering here. As a business owner myself I would be very upset if my employees didn’t pick the phone not a single time. To the owner, you need new management you just lost a $90 order and I’m sure many more tonight!

This was my second visit to this location and both experiences were with the same employee, Brooke, who was so kind and so friendly! Our first visit in I had my kids with me and she pointed out the free coloring books for them to grab. The food was prompt and hot and oh so delicious! Thanks again for cooking for me! Ordered thin crust well done because cannot do soggy! Picked up and someone that worked there said not enough cheese so they put another layer on and ran through to melt the cheese. Husband seeing not well done asked them to run through again and they said no. When trying to eat/was completely inedible with grease from the cheese soggy’ed everything. Called them back to tell them and got nothing but attitude and was told my husband was a liar, that he never asked to run through some more and they would make another one! Asked to talk to the manager and was told its only her there 24/7 take it or leave it! Like I would trust that with smart mouthed kid to make another one. HORRIBLE PIZZA AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, if they even know what that means.

John provided me with exceptional service during my recent visit to Hungry Howie’s. He was incredibly patient and friendly, helping me navigate the menu and choose the perfect pizza. He had a great understanding of the various crust and topping options and his recommendation was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and John’s positive attitude made the entire experience a pleasure. Employees like him are what make a good meal a great one. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Wasted money on soggy, flimsy pizza. Managers aren’t managing. Why are the pineapples and olives so saturated with so much juice. It’s like my pizza was boiled in juices with cheese all clumped in the center. Extra sauce was dumped near the edges and the bread was so mushy everything flopped off. Inedible!!! Howie Bread was as hard as a rock. The garlic seasoning was so dark and dry it tasted burnt. Barly any butter or parm it was practically sandpaper. Not worth it to try and fix it when it could’ve been done right the first time Round.

Fantastic pizza, online ordering was very convenient. The manager AJ was great too, I felt bad for them because the man ahead of me in line was berating them about a coupon not working but AJ kept their cool. Highly recommend this location. I’d like to try the bowls next time.

hollering at workers/customers and having a outburst as the “manager” over minor inconviences is definitely a turn off. .will not be back. Pizza wasn’t cooked fully and the cheese wasn’t melted onto the crust so the toppings all fell off and the phone rang and rang and rang… :/ came back up in person for nothing

Best hungry howies i have ordered from. Recently moved to metamora from macomb. Realizing thats not many options for food delivery this location is the only one who delivers to my home. Deliveries are always fast foods hot and fresh cant complain!

Emily M has got to be one of the rudest faces of a company someone could hire. Customer retention out the window. Anything easily fixable will turn into a negative standoff with the customer. And acrylic nails without gloves or proper handwashing, really? Gross.
