I had almost stopped coming here completely. The service was horrible and you would have to argue to get your sandwich the way you wanted it.
However about two weeks ago my wife was telling me how this new guy had completely changed the atmosphere.
Well I took a chance followed her. Upon entering I noticed a big difference!
We were greeted and welcomed in. Then I met Mr. Reginald!!!!! While preparing our order he interacted with us as if learning preferences, all the while taking the greatest care with our food.
It is so amazing how one person can makes such a difference. This morning Ms. Nini was working also. She says this is her fifth day, but she seems like a professional to me.
While eating I really enjoyed watching Reginald and Nini’s interactions with the other customers as they came in.
As long as Mr. Reginald is here this will continue to be my first stop for a quick meal!!!!!

The guy working here today is a real sweetheart! Super friendly and very helpful. Location is convenient attached to the Exxon Gas station, however to get out you have to go down past it to be able to hit the traffic light to turn left if you’re going to try and get back on the freeway. Highly recommend

The guy taking orders was very rude from the start. He was in a rush to get everyone in and out, not caring about the way he made the food or talked to people. The 2 subs I ordered were a complete mess. My overall issue was his attitude.

Worst customer service! The manager did not earn her title as manager! Even though she was acting like she own this place, she’s definitely ain’t, Looks like the new guy was making my sandwich, after he put all I wanted, the lady complained in front of me that he had put too much & should take it off immediately. After that, she had an attitude with me making my order. I’m a business owner & I would never let someone like her to run my business. Looks like Subway doesn’t have a number I can dispute, so hopefully this review helps some smart people to make the right decision to not support that behavior. I work 5 minutes away but I’m done getting lunch’s from there.

Do not waste your time and money stopping here. It is awful! Toaster oven does not work and evidently hasn’t for some time. The veggies look freezer burned. My grandson got sick immediately after eating a portion of his Philly cheese steak sandwich which they couldn’t even toast for him as he had requested. Immediate headache and vomiting The employees are nice but they can only do what the management gives them to work with. Don’t go here.

First off the sandwiches look absolutely nothing like the pictures they use (likely pics from when Jarrod was repping them ) they are super narrow , bread is dry or stale ? And the cost is absolutely unjustified and unbelievable some of these tiny 6 inch sandwiches coming in at over 7 and 8 bucks for absolute disappointment. I took my kids here and got 9 sandwiches no drinks coming in at over $80 dollars absolutely ridiculous what happened to the five dollar footlongs? If you notice alot of restaurants and grocery stores increased their prices when during Covid and have never reduced anything back to even close to fair pricing…subway you failed.. if your sandwiches were large ans looked like your pictures then maybe but these skinny little snack sliders you have labeled as a “6 inch sub” should also include the 2-3 inch width …. and the pictures well they are absolutely bait & switch.
