So I live by Marcos on elms road in Killeen Texas. But I’m visiting my sons, and when I say Marcos on elms road, it’s a 5.5 star Pizza place. But this one here in Harker Hights is not I’ve ordered 3 times and their servings are terrible. Like this Pizza bowl that I ordered is not worth 12 bucks like, literally, it’s skimpy, and I’m not happy. The Pizza ordered last night. All of the meat and the topping sat in the middle of the Pizza. And then the other day I ordered, and it still wasn’t up to par. I’m not understanding if they’re having a shortage on toppings. Or what?But i’m not happy with it, the wings didn’t have any flavor the hot wasn’t hot and lemon pepper is was barely seasoned and the cinnamon squares were tuff and I won’t be ordering again and my orders are always late

If you’re tired of Pizza Hut, dominos etc I highly recommend trying this place. Very fast kind delivery. Pizza was delicious! Better than most around here. Great deals, amazing food.

There are a lot of pizza places out there and it’s hard to find the perfect pizza. In our experience, Marco’s makes a great pizza and if you take advantage of the deals they’re always running, Marco’s gives you good value for your money. We took advantage of Buy One Get One Free that they offer on Tuesday. We ordered two large build your own pizzas that had the exact same toppings, with one on the original crust and one on the thin crust. For toppings we got pepperoni, old world pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and extra cheese. The pizzas looked great as you can see in the photos. There were generous portions of the toppings and the thin crust pizza had toppings to the edge. I know that everyone’s personal preference is different, but in my opinion, this is what pizza should taste like. Ben took care of us when we went in to pick up our pizza. He was friendly and gave great customer service. I recommend that you give the Harker Heights Marco’s on Stillhouse Lake Road (FM 3481) a try.

Horrible experience. Bought 4 pizzas and a cheesy bread and all were burnt to a crisp except one. Called to get a credit or refund and the manager wouldn’t tell us his name and wouldn’t refund the amount. Absolutely worst pizza and worst customer service ive ever seen.

It pains me to write a bad review for Marcos. I genuinely like their pizza…. but the last 2 times we have ordered delivery through the Marcos website it takes 1-2 hours to arrive! Which is insane, the location is 8 minutes away. And we continue to recieve notices that our order has been delivered when it hasn’t. We have learned our lesson and will not be ordered from them anymore…. it looks like other have also had issues with delivery

Update: we did finally recieve our order but my goodnes…. everything smelled like cigarettes! We ordered a salad and couldn’t even eat it because it smelled so strong of cigarettes. And after the delivery driver left, our neighbors walked over asking if we knew the car that was out front because they were concerned about the person’s behavior and I guess the sped out of the neighborhood. Sadly, we had to tell them, yes, it was our Marcos delivery driver.

I ordered our dinner at 1:00 pm this afternoon for a pickup at 4:30 pm. My husband got there around 4:20 and wasn’t told until twenty minutes later that our order wasn’t ready because of “computer issues”. At 5:00, he was told our order was in the oven and by that time, there were a dozen other people waiting for their orders. My husband left at 5:45 because our order still wasn’t ready. He had them cancel the order and refund us and several others did the same thing. We’ve ordered from this location a few times because of the convenience, but never again. I wish I could give a ZERO. The lady who told him several times that our order was in the oven flat out lied.

I order from here regularly. It’s a bit more expensive but the quality is exponentially better in my opinion. They also have really good coupons. There was an issue with my carryout order this last time. I went in to pick up my pizzas and they were coming out of the oven as I arrived. The woman taking out my pizza accidentally dropped the first pizza and it fell all over her hand and arm. I was worried that she might have seriously harmed herself and she still had piping hot sauce all over her extremities. She apologized profusely and said she was fine and asked if she could remake my pizza while I waited. I told her I had to take one home immediately to feed my husband before he left for work but that I could come back to get the remade Pizza. She offered to remake both of the pizzas and by the time I had returned they were both finished and ready to go. I am still very concerned that the woman may have burned herself more than she let on but I’m very impressed with the professionalism and customer service she displayed. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
