What an experience! This was the fifth day of our vacation in Wenatchee coming over from the Seattle area. I wish I had gone here on day one I would’ve come here every single day.
I had the joy of trying the citrus croissant today – I don’t remember the last time I’ve had a croissant so good since I tried Love croissants in Houston, TX!
I absolutely devoured this croissant. I couldn’t believe how bright and moist and buttery and layered and soft and perfectly sweet. It was. It wasn’t overly sweet. It wasn’t dry. It was just incredible.
I had the Genese Mocha – mocha with citrus! Also perfectly sweet not over sweet. Everything about this place is adorable. Her handwriting on my cup, the adorable rose stamp on the side of the cup, the antique decor in the hallway and bathroom and throughout the entire Coffee Shop! Such wonderful staff. I believe I met the two owners today, although I failed to ask their names! One was baking and one was running coffee.
Street parking out front 830am on a Monday morning. There was plenty of parking.
Disability friendly easy to just roll on in with no stairs in the way. Lots of space to maneuver, easy to access the bathroom.
This is an absolute jewel of a place.
I wish they could bring this over to the Kirkland and Seattle area!
Can’t wait to come back next time we’re here!

The pastries were to die for! The customer service was spectacular. The place was warm and cozy, and I had a nice chat with a lady and a gentleman next to me talking about cooking. I’m definitely coming back again.

If you want to enjoy delicious coffee and fancy pastries in a quaint and comfortable setting, visit La Vie En. The owner told me she designed this place after her grandmother’s living room because of all the warm and cozy childhood memories she enjoys. I loved it and will certainly visit again soon.

Got a Carmel macchiato and some pastries. Cinnamon roll vanilla sugar and almond croissant. Service was fast and the shop was super cute and inviting to take a seat and relax. I’ll definitely have to be back to do that.

Update: tried them myself. No prices listed on their menu/display, but it worked out to about $24 for these four pastries. A bit shocking but I’m glad they know their worth. Super tasty. Light. Flakey. Cinnamon roll was by far the favorite. No bad choices here.
Coworker brought a variety of pastries into work. I don’t even know what I had but it was fantastic. Some flakey cinnamon rolls type thing. I would trust this bakery with my life.

My husband grabbed us pastries and coffee to go and everything we ate was yummy! Vanilla latte was just the right amount of sweet, croissant was fluffy, croissant muffin was yummy, lemon blueberry pastry was moist! Would definitely go back.

Excellent. Good coffee (we Melbourne Aus folks seek this desperately!) and they make the pastries, right there in front of you if you go round the back. Had a galette, it was very good. Nice vibes too! In fact so good we came back twice.

We just got home from Paris and are so delighted to find an authentic place to relive our favorite things…espresso and pastries! The pastry here is on par with the best pastries we tasted over there…

Very impressed by their pastries! Clearly made in house and the French ones I tried (Cannelle and Croissant) were wonderful, very well made and a pleasant surprise.
Coffee was very good too! They have many milk alternatives and syrups.
