Got buy one get one free on Tuesday’s. Ordered through the app at 2pm for pizza ready for 6 when I got off. They were made right on time and really good. They didn’t skimp on the toppings, guy at register was very polite and helpful. Place was really clean also!

It is a large pizza place with dine-in. The parking lot has plenty of room to park and easily seen from a main road.
We received our pizza in good time and it was very good. We also got bread sticks and cinnamon sticks and they were delicious. We got a 2 liter of Pepsi and cups. We put ice in our cups at the dispenser. I liked the homey decor. We had nice family time at this pizza place and we will definitely go back.

I recently ordered from here, and while the food was garbo, my experience was also soured by poor customer service. When I called with a simple question, an employee named Marco was surprisingly rude and dismissive. His tone was impatient, and he cut me off mid-sentence. It’s disappointing when a business doesn’t uphold basic courtesy, especially when customer interaction is so important. I won’t be ordering again based on how I was treated. Respect matters just as much as taste, if not more.

Order pizza from this place for the very first time very specific on what could and could not be on the pizza one person took the order when the order was delivered finally to the car 45 minutes later it was wrong I called twice to try to pay for my order and whoever was inside of the restaurant just laid the phone down with the speaker on and I could hear everything they were saying which wasn’t good we have one kid that is allergic to peppers so they did not get to eat we had to go get them something else for a different restaurant when I went back I called sat out in the parking lot again I had a rewards card that had no chip in it so I did not think it could be used to reimburse and order and the man that was on the phone was a real smart ass his attitude was bad about the refund it was his attitude and demeanor that made me upset I will never go back for another order of pizza at that place and I have to drive back to Oklahoma for my refund he was very rude and very inappropriate don’t waste your time waiting for orders that are wrong and eating at this place

I love Marcos Pizza everywhere but in Ponca City. Typically the pizza is awesome and the service is friendly. In Ponca City, that’s not the case. For whatever reason the pizza is “Ok” meaning, it’s edible, but it’s not as amazing as other city’s Marcos. The thing that really separates the Ponca City location is the absolute garbage customer service. It’s the strangest thing I have ever experienced. The people that serve you at the counter do not have souls, they act like you have ruined their days when you enter the premises and make you feel as if you don’t deserve any effort in human decency. Due to this, tonight will be the last time that that I pay to be treated like a subhuman at this place. In one year I will try it again and see if the demons have been exercised from this establishment.

Ordered carryout, food was hot and ready when I picked it up, employee had one of the most genuine customer service smiles. Pizza was great and the cheese bread was also delicious. Prices were slightly higher than I’d like but the food was quality so I didn’t mind I’m the end. Great experience start to finish.
