We stopped here on our travels and had a great meal! I had the Hill Country omelet, and my wife and daughter split at elk burger. The taste of my omelet was fantastis; not many omelets have been memorable but this one sure was; their elk burger was also great with the fries also being memorable. You won’t go wrong with a meal here.

Wildflour is an absolute gem and easily one of our favorite local spots. The menu offers a fantastic variety of delicious entrées, all beautifully prepared and full of flavor. It’s easy to see why this place is a local favorite, the staff is warm, welcoming, and makes the experience even better.

We actually prefer this location over the sister restaurant on the south side of Canyon Lake because the menu options here really shine. Every visit has been consistently excellent. Our only small complaint is the limited hours, as they’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but that just makes it feel even more special when they are open. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this place! The Sunday brunch was busy but it was definitely worth the wait. Hands down the best brunch in Canyon lake, Spring Branch, or the surrounding hill country. They have amazing desserts and the lunch items are so delicious. They have a bison burger! This place serves fresh gourmet meals that you can’t find anywhere else. I highly recommend Wildflour North or South.

As someone who is very picky, I must say this was one of the BEST meals I have ever had while eating out. The staff was very kind, the chef was immaculate, you can just taste how much they actually care about serving good quality food, at a decent price as well. If you’re in town or even a local and haven’t eaten here yet I highly recommend. I will definitely be back.
Ps, I ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich. Top notch 10/10!!!!

Update: okay.. I had to come back a second time.
It’s just as great as the first time!
This time I showed up for dinner on a Friday night, ordered the rib eye, and it was PERFECT! Also, the live music was just the cherry on top. I freaking love this place!

We stopped twice for breakIfast/brunch while in the area. The quality of food is spectacular and the coffee is superb. I enjoyed the ambiance with local artists’ work on the walls and warm palette. I regret we didn’t stop for dinner at least once.

The wait staff were all friendly and seemed like they were happy to see you. Nice without being stuffy or too expensive. I like that.

My husband and I went here recently while vacationing and really enjoyed it. We enjoyed the ambience of it the most, and found sitting outside on that particular day was wonderful. We’re not sure what his dish was called, but it had chopped tenderloin, eggs, gravy, and hashbrowns. I ordered the steak and eggs with sourdough bread for my breakfast.

He would give the atmosphere and the waiter, a five 5️⃣, however, he felt like his steak was very chewy, and we both felt the gravy had a greasy flavor. He did enjoy the coffee ☕️ and said his eggs were cooked very well. He would give his breakfast a three 3️⃣. I had the steak and eggs and my favorite part of that meal was my hashbrowns and sourdough bread. I liked the eggs, but I left a good portion of the steak because it tasted chewy to me and not very good. They did have a triple berry jam that came with my sourdough bread, and I found it to be delicious! I so much liked it, that I bought a jar of it to bring home with me and I’ve already had it twice for breakfast since then.

We are both glad we went and found it a very neat place to eat! It was just kind of nostalgic to us and we really enjoyed the ambience of it. Although our waiter was very busy, he tried hard to do a good job and was very pleasant in the process. His name was Logan.

Enjoying a great breakfast here at our favorite Canyon Lake restaurant. Wife got the Belgium waffle and I got the pancakes. Delicious food and great service. Can’t miss! Rhonda provided amazing service and took care of us.

P.S. you know the food is good when the Google review photo shows a half eaten plate!

Took my daughter for dinner here tonight for her birthday.

While on vacation at Canyon Lake, we stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant—and let me tell you, it was the highlight of our trip (yes, even better than the lake views). The food was out-of-this-world delicious, the kind of meal that makes you question every other restaurant you’ve ever been to. We loved it so much that we went back the very next day, like moths to a flame—or foodies to perfection.

The service? Unbelievable. Our server was like a hospitality ninja, appearing at just the right moments with a smile, helpful suggestions, and the kind of care that makes you feel like royalty.

The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, perfect for soaking in the post-lake glow. Whether you’re local or just passing through like us, this place is a must-visit. Honestly, it might even be worth planning another trip to Canyon Lake just to eat here again.
