Came in to redeem one of my rewards from the app, but the app wasn’t cooperating. My cashier tried to get it to recognize what I was doing, but after she realized the app had a mind of it’s own, quickly called a manager over to show the app “who’s boss”. Problem resolved within 2 minutes.
I also came in to escape the heat from walking 1.7 miles prior. Sat, drank my cotton candy and scratched my lotto tickets. Then, out the door I went. This place is great and might I add has quite a pretty sunset if you sit just right!!

I Went Thru The Drive Thru On 12-31-25 And Ordered 2 Bacon And Swiss Royal Crispy Large Combos And A 8Pc Jalapeño Cheddar Bites And The Only Things That Were Right Was The Fries And The Drinks. Didn’t Even Get The Jalapeño Cheddar Bites. Instead Of The Bacon And Swiss Royal Crispys We Got Regular Royal. Crispys. Tried To Call And Of Course No Answer. Other Then The Order Being Wrong The Guy Who Took Our Order Rang It In Correctly And Was Very Friendly. (Edit – The Buns Were Dry And Not Fresh At All)

Worst 19 dollars I’ve ever spent in my life, for a Texas whopper that was dryer than the Nevada desert! Large combo with little fries to spare like it’s the apocalypse, nuggets taste like rubber plus the ranch tasted like blended up maggots in a cup sweet and sour sauce tasting like lip injections. and to top it off a large water down sprite that’s 90% ice to build an igloo. This Burger King is more like the burger jester. I saw the 4.5 stars and thought it was gonna slap but not even the drunken munchies could save this special kind of slop. Too bad I wanted to like it but nope 19 dollars down the drain.

This location has been open for what… a few weeks? Being a new location I figured I’d give it a go, Only ordered 2 burgers and they managed to get them both incorrect. Once was a completely different chicken sandwich with stale feeling bread, and the second was a double whopper to which they gave me a single whopper. Just look at the google review score already bombing.

I went in at 6:40 and they didn’t even notice or start on my order until 15min later… the manager was arguing with his employees and the service overall was not good. The food did taste good however, but it still wasn’t worth the wait.

There was a BUG ON MY BUN. Just got hung up on by the manager of this location, yelled that there are no bugs. I’ve been throwing up since seeing the bug after 2 bites, wondering how many bugs I ate?? I’ve already emailed corporate office the pictures and notified them that this location needs cleaned! I’m so disgusted and cannot stop having dry heaves.
Needles to say, the whole bag of food went straight in the trash.

I’ve notified Central District Health since the manager is in denial and since he denies there was a bug, he won’t be checking for them.

This Burger King recently provided me with excellent service. The food was great The manager was very accommodating And my order was completed very quickly with zero errors. I will definitely be returning again. Good job!

Disappointment on my visit. My lettus was all grouped up on one side. Fries were cold, and I asked for little ice and still fills up half of ice in my cup. Also asked for tray and that didn’t happen as well.

Wow, I just stopped by to grab lunch really quickly, and the manager was helping at the speaker and she was so amazingly nice. She was totally giving her all for customer service, you gotta appreciate that. And of course I like their food and it came out super fast.
