We order dinner tonight and it was so good!! We haven’t ordered from Papa Johns in a long long time because the last time it was 4ever to deliver, was cold and dry. We decided with all the new things they have listed we’d give it a try. It definitely won us back.

After a long debate with myself over four star (which i order very frequently) or papa johns i decided to try papa johns due to the bad customer service i receive at four star. Jeanie has exceptional phone and customer service skills, even going above and beyond to let me know that the pizza i chose didnt include garlic sauce, because i said i wanted two more, and she didn’t want me to be disappointed if I only received two. That gave me the opportunity to order more. Just because of that I will not hesitate to call papa johns the next time I decide to order out. Customer service itself goes a LONG way, and the pizza was cooked perfect. The driver was also very pleasant and my food was here in no time. Thanks again Papa Johns staff..you are awesome!

Ordered online for pick up. When we got home it wasn’t what we ordered. Had to call and got told they had no record of us ordering. Then they found our order. This isn’t the 1st or 2nd time this happened. They did replace the order thank goodness.

My wife ordered and paid online. Got off work picked up the food she didn’t tell me she already paid. Got to the store paid for the food they never said she paid just charged my card.when I got home she told me she paid online. So we got charged too time and the funny thing is the added 10$ more for no reason. Charged her card 58 then when I got to the store charged me 68 no changes were made just jacked up the price for no reason. Also looks like they used one cheese for all 4 of our pizzas one of my boys got three pieces and no cheese in any. We will only go to pizza hut from now on. Only good thing that came out of it was the did give us a refund.

The north side location is closed for remodel and on their sign it says to call the south side location for service. So I called the south side location and they told me I was out of their delivery range being 9 miles away. Being a truck driver stuck at a distributor it would be nice if the alternate location could still service customer needs while the closer location is closed.

The staff at this location are very friendly but my orders are constantly getting messed up and food I ordered not put in the bag. Then the manager gives me free meals every time they mess up an order of mine and when I go to use 1 of 3 free value meals I’ve been given, the employees argue about the free meals I was given already for my previous orders being messed up! It’s ridiculous !

I order from papa joins quite often, I spoke with cassie and she took my order. I had asked for a 2 liter of pepsi and a couple spicy garlic cups. I never got either of them….soon to find out she never put the 2 liter of pepsi on my order or gave me the spicy garlic cups. This may seem rediculous to most but its principle, taking pride in your job and doing it right. If yall didnt have spicy garlic or pepsi yall could of called me back and told me. I’m so tired of the service I get everywhere here in zanesville. It’s crazy. Like no body cares anymore and it really shows. It makes me sad.
