Most of the time the lines are ridiculously long. I am willing to wait but lately new staff is rude and making food incorrectly. How can my food have burned cheese and be cold? And check out what a sloppy mess it is. No care in the world how it is put together. This isn’t the first time but it surely will be the last at this location for me.

Staff is rude and serving cold/left over coffee. In multiple instances I asked for hot coffee but was served a coffee that seems to have been made the day before – not even warm, but cold.
Today (10/5/25 @ 12:15 pm) staff is even worst. They don’t know what they have in store.

Got nothing right in my order, coffee wrong, bagel wrong, charged me 24$ for 2 drinks and a bagel never gave me the sandwich I also ordered and told me it wasnt in the order would have to go back around, so youre telling me 2 drinks and a bagel is 24$ i wont be back stop hiring burn out children

This morning was the last straw. 4 out of the past 6 or 7 times I’ve been the food has been made incorrectly. A sandwich that should be toasted with eggs, cheese, and bacon, except its been a grilled cheese with nothing else, eggs but nothing else, not toasted with no bacon, and this morning bit into the sandwich to find it was ice cold (not cold but literally still ice cold from the cooler) and the bacon was literally raw and put on the sandwich. At nearly $10.00 a sandwich it is unacceptable. The simplest solution for me is to no longer support this location.

I ordered a small frozen matcha latte and it tasted fine, however it wasn’t as frozen as I would have liked it to be. It was more liquidy. Also, one time I came here and ordered an iced cappuccino, and there was so much ice in it. Literally four sips and there was no more. Please do better!

I ordered cold brew with cold foam. Was handed iced coffee which is different with no foam and when I said this isn’t what I ordered. The young lady told me iced coffee and cold brew are the same and when I said no they are not the same her answer was rude and said exactly how is it different. Live up the street and will not be going back for that. Why did I pay for a cold brew and get iced coffee and then rude on top of it. Good luck with that employee

Got a medium iced coffee mocha hazelnut swirl with oat milk and specifically said oat milk no cream and they still put cream I can not have dairy and when I told them they took it back to “remake” but did not remake it cause my stomach was hurting afterwards really bad they definitely kept the cream. I also believe some girl was talking crap in the back about it. If you can’t do your job find another one. Absolutely ridiculous

i got a refresher and it tasted so bad.. the lemonade must’ve been off or the concentrate must’ve been expired. i’m not happy and the drink was completely wasted if i wasn’t busy i would’ve went back for a refund or remake but i just couldn’t get there, i definitely won’t be going back there.
