Bagel only review: While the bagels are reasonably sized, I felt the cream cheese, I tried the scallion cream cheese, was too drippy and liquidy for my taste. Well, the bagel was tasty and toasted well, the scallion cream cheese pretty much lacked any taste. Also, their jalapeno cream cheese uses pickled jalapenos and not fresh jalapenos.
It seems what they’re really known for are their sandwiches and unfortunately the immediate selection of vegetarian sandwiches is limited so I may have to concoct something custom with more time at hand.
On a side note, I thought the place was a bit unclean in the customer area where the floors seemed like they really needed a good scrub.

super overpriced bagels that are hard as a rock and super stale. i went there and there was multiple bagel options that i couldn’t get.i definitely recommend never going to this place ever!

Been here about 3-4 times. Review was the same at most visit.
Bagel sandwich was good.
Customer service needs to be improved. Lady who takes orders was very abrupt and not an effective communicator…..doesn’t listen well gets order wrong.
Needs to work on cleanliness. Some practices unhygienic. Lady who took orders came in to work, placed her denim jacket on the paper backs that was on a rack. Paper bags were then used to package orders.
Greatest pet peeve is one of this person who works the grill does NOT wear gloves. I think he is the primary cook. He always does this. Don’t think DOH would rate them high if they were aware of this.

Unfortunately, didn’t even get to try the food because the people that work there are absolutely incompetent. It’s right in the ShopRite plaza. I called while I was checking out at ShopRite. Just a plain bagel toasted with butter put my stuff in the car go into the bagel store hadn’t even started it yet. Oh well we wanted to wait so it’s fresh. They told me the whole reason people call ahead is so they don’t have to wait. It is a plain bagel with butter. Definitely never going back there.

Stopped by at 6am, before they turned the open sign on, there were 3 guys working so looks like a decent place. Ordered a sausage egg cheese on egg bagel w Salt Pepper ketchup. They forgot the salt pepper ketchup, so 4 stars. Other than that I’d go back. Parking is easy, the bagel was good.

Writing this on behalf of my four year old son. When I treat him to a “secret mission” (early morning bagel breakfast before the rest of the house wakes up), he always chooses here over the other local shops.
Why? He has good taste. He’s almost done inhaling a cinnamon raisin bagel with egg and cheese (sometimes I let him get it with the honey walnut almond spread). I had my usual: cheddar jalapeno with egg and cheese.
Half the time we come, they’re boiling and baking the bagels feet away. The people are always really friendly, and the bagels are always made fresh and to perfection.
From a boy who refused to eat his bagel on two occasions on a trip to Toronto (because he has good taste): five stars.
