This is the worse subway. I ordered through their website and they chose DoorDash to deliver my order. While waiting for my order I saw like 3 different drivers one after another picking up order so I thought then on the 3rd driver picking it up the order was canceled all together. I called the location spoke to a guy that’s suppose to be the manager says he can’t give me my money back or my gift card money back. I have to call door dash but door dash had no notification of me ordering through them because I ordered through the subway site for this location. So they didn’t refund me my money and my subway gift card amount issued which totaled to 18.99 and I did not get my food I ordered either. They have nerve keeping my money and do not deliver me my food. The worse service ever. Don’t go to this location .

Obviously everything in the mall is expensive, it’s rare to see places like Subway located in the mall. This Subway is the only affordable place to go to eat compared to the other stores. The sandwich artist is always there with a smile and gives a good vibe to customers

placed an online order and went in store to pick up. Owner with grey hair refused to give me the food and canceled my order. Tried contacting subway but they never respond. Not sure why the owner feels so entitled to do whatever he wants.
