The cleanest fast food place there is. Floors, tables, garbage areas, inside and out was clean. Amen. The staff there was excellent on my visit today for lunch, #2, Double whopper meal. Food is always great. It is nice to go to a place where kids aren’t running and screaming as you are trying to eat. Even the parking lot was clean. Prices there are reasonable for a fast food place. Congrats to the managers there for keeping this place up to snuff.

I am disappointed with this place because I wanted to buy food at 11:50pm, it was still open but the employees were not taking orders either on the drive thru or inside. The door was closed and when I knocked they pretended not to see me.

My burger was abnormally salty like that put extra salt on purpose. I ordered the same burger yesterday and it was fine. I asked fir my tots to be fresh and they must of been mad because our burgers were not edible.

Their is young a Caucasus manager that works at this burger king location, who.is very unhinged and disrespectful to people of different ethnicities. Had this individual use fowel language all because I made a large order for my kids and then when I question her about why are you cursing and shouting she then refused to give me my kids food, this is really out of hand, no one regardless of ethnicity shouldn’t be forced to deal with this type of behavior and energy especially when they are spending their hard earned money. Burger King shouldn’t have people like this working at their establishments, she needs to be fired. Retraining a person like this is a waste of money, she is unhinged and shouldn’t be working with the general public. I wouldn’t recommend this burger king at this location on Altamont ave in schenectady ny to anyone or their families. Burger King needs to be held responsible for their staff and their behaviors.

Always a good deal at the home of the whopper. Was in the mood for comfort food and fast, so ended up in Rotterdam. I was Leary because of the line. Job well done by the crew. They have great communication as a team and got everything out fresh and correctly.

Beyond impressed. The staff member taking my order and money was patient while i decided and polite while taking my payment. Food came out fast and everything was hot. Fries and jalapeño bites needed time to cool( I’ve never experienced that!) my burger was hot, cheese melted, bacon crispy and it was put together well. Everything neatly placed in my bag. The staff member who handed me my food was also pleasant. For under $8 it was a great experience and I’m full. Best bk I’ve ever ordered from

Ok Burger King this is what a large serving of fries look like?..I don’t wanna see small. This is getting out of hand. Unacceptable for almost $5. Burger King, I went yo the Wendy’s down the road as I wanted to see if fast food really screwing the sizes and what do you know, Wendy’s fries size is twice that of Burger King. Either the guy gave me the wrong size even after I asked him if this was a large at Burger King or Burger King has really gotten sloppy and mind you Wendy’s fries is a few cents cheaper and they didn’t tell me I needed to pay 35 cents for the barbecue sauce.
