This is why people don’t support black owned businesses. I had a horrible experience today , I was already having a bad day so I decided to order a blt combo . First of all I always come here they already know who I am when I walk in cuz I always place my order online and come in on a regular . So today I decided to DoorDash they didn’t have oatmeal cookies so im fine with that nor did they have a Gatorade beacuse they replaced it and let me know but my sandwich was made wrong it had ham and turkey on it and I don’t even like ham so I called them for a possible refund or they could have remade it but a lady in the background was being negative saying oh she just want her refund back and oh I made that right she just lying mind you I AM REGULAR , I never had a bad order til today. I was very respectful talking to them but the black “women” got so defensive and I was still respectful. Like it’s okay to make a mistake yall gave me the wrong sandwich it’s not a big deal . I will never come back and I don’t recommend. I hope they heal from what they going through and actually learn how to do they job . Stop messing with people because I could have been crazy and did something to yall . Stay blessed thought

I arrived to this establishment at 9:42 PM. Online says they close at 10, the DOOR says they close at 10, and the open sign was still lit up but the door was locked and I was refused service?! Even a family of 3 came after me and were just as shocked as I was. Whoever the general manger is, this issue needs to be FIXED!

the lil girl working there was rude and nasty for no reason. she wasn’t even listening to understand she was listening just to argue. i told her clear as day that i ordered my food online, through the website for the meal of the day. i said i wasn’t doordash, i wasn’t uber eats, it was my own order. she goes, “well they was supposed to tell you we ain’t got no tuna.” like girl, what??
instead of trying to accommodate me or offer any type of solution, they all just sat there looking dumb when i asked for a refund. no effort, no customer service, no nothing. if y’all don’t have something, update the website! don’t have people wasting money and time just to deal with attitudes. whole experience was unprofessional and trifling. i’ll take my money somewhere else.

Young man and woman working today 7/23/25 at 12:30pm. He didn’t even acknowledge me I guess because he was eating when i Walked in so he asked the young lady to take me. She was RUDE and mad about it slamming stuff and didn’t even look my way. She was in the back. Not sure if there was miscommunication about which of them should be completing orders but it makes no sense to be rude with the customers
Decided to visit again on 10/31 at 2:15pm thinking something may have changed. SAME crap. The girl with the red hair was VERY rude and rolled her eyes. After standing in line forever she said “we ain’t got no tuna” and rolled her eyes again. And the place smelled like throw up. It should be shut down immediately

I moved into a beautiful home and wanted to try the nearest Subway as opposed to going to a few I frequent before moving. I know it’s a franchise and have different owners. I called ahead and asked for them to accommodate my request. Mind you, I paid more than double on line just for what I wanted . ( it was paying for a sandwich without the ingredients inside) THIS OWNER, IF HE WANTS THIS BUSINESS TO Succeed, then HE WILL NEED TO BE A LITTLE MORE ACCOMMODATING. LITTLE DID THEY KNOW I HAVE TIES TO TWO FAMOUS PEOPLE. ITS IRRELEVANT, BUT I WILL NOT BE SUPPORTING THIS SUBWAY.

I walked in to no No greeting. It almost like I was bothering them. A young man (with dreads) finally came over while on his phone texting. No good afternoon how can I help you, nothing. Just “what bread are you having”? While looking down at his phone. I told him which kind that I would like. He then proceeds to put on one glove and commences to text with the other hand. I just told him forget it and left. That young man had ZERO professionalism. As his fellow employee (short female with long black braids) had ZERO as well. It was/is a poor representation/reflection of your company.

Store employee never made my sandwich, marked my mobile order as picked up and they closed the store. Was charged but never received my order. I ordered on the app and waited in the parking lot sandwich was never made. Horrible staff, horrible location

It was difficult to rate this place because my issue was not with the service at all. The gentleman that helped me on 10/7/24 around 6:14pm was very nice. The only issue I had was that he talked over my sandwiches the entire time. Normally I walk away when this happens, but because he was such a sweet person I didn’t want to hurt his feelings. I purchased the three sandwiches and found some folks in need at the Kroger nearby and gave all three subs to them. A good recommendation for all sub shops is that people wear mouth guards like a mask over the mouth or refrain from talking over people’s food.
